Great salon. Every stylist that I've had there has given me a really good cut and blow dry. They listen to what you want and offer good advice. I also find the prices to be reasonable. As well as hair, I've had my eyebrows tinted and was happy with the results.

Five weeks ago I travelled from my home in Birmingham to East Dulwich for a family celebration. Not able to get my hair cut at my usual Salon,, my daughter kindly arranged an appointment at Balayage Hair and Beauty Salon. The atmosphere in the Salon was welcoming and I was delighted to meet Karolina who performed a miracle on my unruly thick thatch. I absolutely love my hairstyle now - so much so I have today booked another appointment with Karolina as I return in 8 days time. Loved all the facilities Balayage Hair and Beauty Salon offer and thanks also to the young lady for the eyebrow waxing. I walked home on air.

I had my hair cut and a balayage today with Karolina, it is absolutely amazing and I am very impressed my hair is naturally dark and it also has alot of dark including black hair dye on it. Karolina gave me the most amazing gorgeous balayage. She even managed to get it lighter than we expected and such a lovely gorgeous cut also. I'm so impressed with the colours and the shine. My friends have referred me to this salon. They told me they are really good with hair colouring. So I messaged them on Instagram, went to their salon and manage to book an appointment. I asked for a Balayage hair and my hairstylist was Karolina. She did a really great job with my hair. I've never been so satisfied with hair salons before but they have exceeded my expectations. Love my hair so much and I will definitely come back to this salon again. I will totally recommend my hairstylist, Karolina, and the rest of Balayage team for doing a great job!

I had a hair cut with BalayageDulwich It was my first experience as I recently moved near the area. The place was very nice and clean, and the ladys working there were very polite. Ezmir was the lady who did a very professional job with my hair and also it was nice to go home with their hair care recommendations. I will definitely be back.

I visited for the first time to get gel nails. Service was excellent- really friendly technician, calm and relaxed energy and my nails look fantastic! Got a deal too, which was really nice. Would definitely recommend here for nails. I look forward to trying out some other services too.

Sorry for the delay in reviewing. I found Balayage on Treatwell when I needed a quick haircut to get rid of split ends. Karolina did my hair and did such a fantastic job, I'm really glad they offer the £20 wet cut option as I tend not to need my hair styling after being cut. I would have like to have been offered a rough dry as it was quite cold outside but I don't live far away so not too much of an issue. Recommended to a friend who got her hair cut the week after. Will use again!

Just got my hair cut by Leanne! And she was amazing I’ve been to the hairdressers several times and it’s great every-time! 100% recommend, was also £40 and only took 40 minutes! Thank you so much x (Over a year ago) I got my haircut and layered by Anna! It was only my second time at the hairdressers and the haircut was amazing! I have really long hair but it only took 30 minutes and it was the first time that it didn't have to stand up! I really recommend the hairdressers and especially Anna!

At the weekend, Karolina gave me a half-head of highlights and low-lights that matched my silver streaks - I'm delighted with the results! I've been colouring my hair at home for many years. When lockdown started, I thought that this would be a perfect time to grow my hair out. I'd been inspired by images of #silversisters and imagined myself with a mane of streaky silver hair. But, after 8 months it looked tired and grizzly and I never wore it down. I visited 2 salons in the local area asking for colour correction / colour match to remove the demarcation line. I was told that it couldn't be done on my box-coloured hair - that I would need several attempts to lift the colour that would result in broken straw-like hair. I nearly gave up, but thought I'd give it one last attempt. I called Balayage salon and they seemed to think it could be done. So, I came in for a patch test and a colour consultation. As someone who's always dyed their hair darker I had no idea on whether balayage or highlights would be the best method. Karolina effortlessly guided me through what options I had and I sat down the next day to a half-head of highlight and lowlights. I'm amazed at how well this matches my natural dark and silver hair. The demarcation line has gone and I left prancing down the road flicking my hair to my reflection in the car windows!

Great first time experience at a hair salon with everyone (sorry I don’t know your names). Juliana was amazing, she gave her honest opinion on what I would be able to achieve on my hair so I didn’t end up getting a balayage at this moment because of my hair situation (jet black box dye) - we decided to let my hair grow out until the box dye fades away and definitely will go back to her and get my balayage done in 6-8 months. She gave me a haircut and it looks gorg! They’re so friendly and welcoming! X

After having a disaster of a dye job done at another salon, I frantically called around on Sunday trying to find someone who could help me fix it last minute. I got SO lucky in finding this place, and Julianna, who did an amazing job fixing my hair. She managed to turn streaky, blocky, multicoloured blonde highlights with thick line of roots, into a beautiful balayage. she honestly fixed it better than i thought it could be done! She seemed to really care and make sure i was happy with it, and talked me through the whole process. They offered me a coffee and drink and it was a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be going back and Julianna will be my go to!

Juliana was amazing on my cut and two weeks later simply ruled at my balayage which has a wrong colour base. 0 bulls***t, she will tell you exactly what works and what doesnt work for your hair! And will make it looks amazing! Mariella is 10/10 on waxing and facials! Super recommend!

Not at all happy with the service.Had asked for an undercut, halfway through told taht they didn't have the right instrument and I should follow up with a barber. Please don't take up something if you cannot deliver results it's most disheartening.
