It was my second time attending Be Perfect Salon. My hair stylist was Silvia a wonderful and friendly woman who owns the salon. Attending my second visit was an interesting time as Silvia double booked and during the time I was there she was also overseeing someone else. Was getting my roots done and as arrived Silvia got to work on my hair with the colour. At times has to wait whilst another customer was being served and this delayed me a bit as needed to be somewhere. Would describe the service experience as positive and would recommend the salon. Just note you might be waiting if there is a double booking. My hair was left looking amazing. Very happy!

I had a waxing session done by Patricia and I was so scared because I can't take pain but I had no time to consider that because she finished in no time with great precision, efficiency and it was almost pain free! I expected it to get worst half way through but it didn't. My skin feels perfect. The environment was clean and warm and although I paid via Groupon, I'd be happy to pay at full price... Patricia herself is professional yet friendly, thank you.

Clean neat calm environment. The staff are blissfully friendly and helpful. They are attentive and easy to talk to. I had a Hollywood and underarm hot wax with Darcia* a lovey lady who was skilled professional and caring! I had my shellac done by the manageress and I couldn't fault her service. I was so pleased, I'm thankful I live close by... I have found an adorable beauty salon with skilled and friendly staff.

Really nice salon. I had a wax with Patrizia and she was friendly, quick and did clean work. My skin was fine afterwards and the wax was the perfect temperature. The prices were by quite what was stated on Groupin but still well priced service.

I had a wash and haircut with conditioning treatment with grupon for £18. I'd gladly come back to the service at this price. You get what you pay for, but in a good way. The conditioning was a normal hair conditioner, same as you would use at home. The lady who cut my hair didn't speak English, but still was very polite and checked with me throughout that i am ok with what she was doing. In a way the language barrier was quite funny and added some laughter to the appointment. I got a simple one length haircut, which is what i usually get. The haircut was well executed. Other staff at the salon was polite and welcoming too.

Went with a Groupon voucher for a wash/conditioning treatment, cut and blowdry. I have a mix between 3b,3c and 4a curls (I am mixed, black and white) and they did a GREAT job. Proffesional. super nice and nice salon. Took 1.5 hours but I was happy with the result and would go again. Despite having split ends, she didn't get too scissor happy (unlike other salons). Definitely recommended to people with curly hair!

I have been coming to Be Perfect for nearly 3 years now. I get my wax and nails done roughly every 6 weeks with Vanessa! She is so professional, and brilliant at what she does. I look forward to every appointment, and we have great chats. I get the wax-package so it is really good value for money. Couldn’t recommend enough. Ask for Vanessa! 💕

Patricia was amazing doing Hollywood wax.. So friendly and kind, It was the one of the least painful waxes I've had in london, for easily the best price. Good overall experience... Definitely going back!

I went in for a wax and I’m very happy with it. The lady didn’t speak much English, but did a great job, made me feel comfortable and still checked I was doing fine a couple of times. The salon is pleasant and all facilities were super clean.

Went in for a blow dry. She did a really great job on my hair and I was very happy with it, however the salon atmosphere and customer service was severely lacking. I felt very unwelcome and out of place and wont be going back. When I arrived, I was awkwardly greeted by 3 workers standing in the entryway smoking. The workers only spoke to each other in a foreign language (maybe eastern European?) and it seemed like my lady's English wasn't great. I wasn't asked how I wanted my hair styled so I had to stop her and show pictures. I was lead up to the counter to pay, but then four workers had a 1 minute conversation in a different language while I was standing there awkwardly with no idea what was going on. Overall a very awkward experience.

Lovely Therapists.. place is a bit shabby chic looking but the treatment therapies were administered very professionally. I thought it was good value for money. Will return again, I travelled there from Chelsea so that in it self says it must be worthy of a journey back.

Tiago is an amazing hair colorist! I have black hair, and was really nervous to dye it. Tiago did an excellent job, and was really patient & gracious. Plus, the staff (especially the manager) and other services are great here also if you wanted to get your hair cut or get a mani-pedi! I've been here a handful of times and the results have been consistently high, 100% recommended!

I booked a Hollywood wax through Groupon. I was treated to such friendly and polite customer service throughout. This treatment was gentle but thorough and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Well done and thank you so much ladies!

Natalya was exceptionally good, very patient almost painfree with brazilian hot waxing.Gave attention to detail and removed ingrown hairs. I recommend her and the salon is quite clean. They can run late for their appointments but are professional and friendly otherwise.

Just love this place! I live in stratford and i still travel there to feel comfortable and welcome. Small store, but really nice staff that don't annoy you with comments or extra recommendations if you don't ask for it.
