I had my first tattoo accomplished by Carina one week ago. She is the best, paying attention to the details and careful with hygiene. She helped me with the final design and highly desired tattoo and improved it with very delicate and nice details. We communicated before the final appointment and agreed with all the details. I had my grandads tattoo replicated on my right upper arm this weekend and it was a long time waiting. I had wanted the tattoo for 13 years and Carina was the first and only tattoo artist I have ever been to who recreated the image as I remembered- from the smallest and oldest photo I had of my grandads original tattoo. Writing a review for the tattoo you've just had done, isn’t like leaving your usual type of review, is it? It’s not even in the same league as, let’s say, leaving a review after a good massage. And thank goodness! Because what I experienced with Sureno over the two days he did my tattoo, was no ordinary “process/service”. At the risk of sounding a little evangelical/pretentious, this was a different level of expertise. Yes, I had given Sureno a “brief”. I’d even done a “mood board” (for someone who is not a creative soul, this was brave new territory!). But it was what Sureno did with the brief, and my initial ideas that was, and is, so special. Yes, I wanted a unique piece. We all do, right? But again, what Sureno produced went beyond my wildest expectations and hopes. In both his design and execution, he captured everything I wanted, and so much more. The attention to detail, the bringing to life my vision, and the visual representation of concepts and themes (which I would have only ever been able intellectualise about!) is insane and has totally blown my mind! Of course, we haven’t even got to the actual two days of work themselves. Whatever your approach to pain management, the environment Sureno creates, would put even the most nervous clients at ease. I commend Sureno’s calming and reassuring disposition to all potential clients. Just sharing “his space” was sufficient to get all the comfort one could ever need. So, if you are a first time “ink-er”, or looking to source a new artist for all your tattooing needs, look no further, Sureno is the real deal. As friends and family would attest to, I am not someone who is easily impressed, nor overly-gushing in my praise. But I must make an expectation here. Sureno has given me a gift that will truly last a lifetime. I could not be happier and more proud to wear that which he has bestowed on me! Dude – thank you. You are a total and unquestionable legend. I look forward to the next project. Big love and stoic values to you and yours.

From start to finish the experience at cavalleros is always a great one, whether it's for a haircut or a tattoo. I have had both, tattoo by Carina and hair by lukasz. I have been going to lukasz for a few years now since moving to London; I am a woman with short hair and it is always cut amazingly. Everytime it keeps its shape when growing out which is really important with shorter cuts. Lukasz understands trends and styles to ensure a quality finish, especially now I'm growing out my hair. He gave great advice on how to style it in the awkward in between stage before it reaches the style I desire. I wouldn't go anywhere else in London to have my hair cut and will be booking in again soon.

Lucasz has been cutting my hair for years and he’s fantastic! I couldn’t recommend him more! Finding a blonde colourist who you can trust fully is hard to come across - Lucasz has a wonderful eye and talent for colouring and I trust him completely! I always feel great when I leave the salon - his cuts are brilliant and he’s really relaxing. I was also so impressed with the safety measures the salon implemented after reopening- I feel 100% safe there and fully reassured. The whole team are really friendly. You never feel like they’re rushing you out to get the next costumer in and it’s a lovely environment to spend a few hours being pampered. Having lived in Chiswick for nearly 3 years I've had trouble finding a reliable barbers with great customer service and value for money. I have tried 3 based in and around Chiswick Park station and my experiences made me never go back. I decided to give Cavalleros a go (despite it being a little bit more pricey than the others) as a last attempt and I wish I had gone sooner. I got my haircut done by Gabby who was open to my suggestions and offered his own advice which turned out to be great. I had really long hair on top with a grown out undercut. He took the undercut down to 0 as it needed it after some terrible jobs from other barbers in the area that required me to go over it when I got home! NOT the case this time, Gabby did a superb job as well as cutting the long hair on shop shorter, it's probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I was offered a coffee on arrival which just added to the service. After paying, Gabby offered a complimentary free shave as my beard had out grown and needed shaping but I was in a rush so he booked me in for later in the day. I went back late afternoon and got my beard shaped by Youseff/Josef (Not sure on spelling, sorry!) again, excellent customer service upon arrival. He tidied up my beard and gave it an excellent shape free-handed. This was the first time I've had anyone shave my beard other than myself so I did not know what to expect and I'm a bit overwhelmed. Fantastic job and will be going back once both my hair and beard overgrow again. Please do not hesitate about your choice, Cavalleros is one of the BEST barbers/hairdressers out there. A great place for a haircut. I was taken care of by Gaby who's a very nice man and a very detailed hairdresser indeed. He takes his time in making sure he understands what you're after and in discussing things with the client. My hair was in a very tricky state and I went to Cavalleros 2 weeks before my wedding, so that's a lot of pressure and responsibility there. Gaby did a great job at the end and I'll surely recommend his Salon.

I had an great experience coming here to get my hair cut by Gaby. I told him I was nervous as I had head shots coming up and I've had the same person cut my hair for years but now have to change. Came here for a beard trim, was greeted with a warm welcome and a good chat. Booked in my beard trim, was quick and easy! The decor is great inside, you can tell the owner takes great pride in the store! I have to say that the stylist did a perfect job, attention to detail and knowledge was amazing! I've gone to other barbers in the past and have always been disappointed, this is the 1st time I was happy with the trim! The process for the trim was great as well, all the way down to fading in new hair growth to extend the beard, great work all!

There's a reason Cavalleros has 5 stars in every review. The shop is a lovely place to be, everybody that works there is friendly and most importantly, the quality of your hair cut is impeccable. I've now been cut by Raff, Ginette and Gabriel... all of whom have given me the best haircut I've ever had. I've been going to all the big brands (Tony & Guy, Headmasters, etc) in the pursuit of somewhere consistent that can cut hair well and they all failed miserably (and charged extortionately). I will be visiting Cavalleros for every haircut from now on, no exceptions!

This review is for the barber shop. I'll start by saying the shop is beautiful. A stylish traditional barbers and immaculately clean. My hair was cut by Gabby (excuse spelling if I'm wrong). This is an experience not just a hair cut. The man himself is lovely. Amazing attention to detail and clearly knows his trade. I'm 43 years old and this is by far not only the best cut I've had but the nicest hairdresser experience. I left the store looking, feeling and smelling so much better. Can't recommend this place enough.

The skilled Hairdressers carefully analyse your hair before cutting it and then tailor your trim to your head shape and hair growth areas. They offer all the extra services you would get at Ted Baker into one easy to afford price, definitely a Hidden Gem and a crown jewel in the Chiswick Park Area.

The best haircut and experience I have ever had! I'm a guy with medium to long curly hair and have struggled for a year to find a hairdresser for men that can do my hair type. I had my hair cut by Gaby who listened to everything I wanted and kept checking in with me to find out what I thought before cutting it shorter. I hadn't cut my hair for about 6 months so it was a real challenge even for experienced hairdressers. But Gaby has 40 years of experience with amazing attention to detail, and put in a lot of extra time in to make sure it was perfect. He is a true experienced perfectionist. I hadn't had my haircut for 6 months because I couldn't find any hairdressers who could do long men's hair (all other hairdressers I found either mainly specialised in women's hair or short mens hair), but if you look at Cavalleros instagram you will see they specialise in all types of mens hair as well as womens. I finally needed a haircut for my wedding so had to really research to find the best place, and was so lucky to find Cavalleros. The atmosphere was also great and all the other hairdressers were really nice, friendly and professional. I'm glad I've found a regular hairdressers I can go to!

You can go to many different places and pay a wide variety for a hair cut and as someone who has lived in London I have, One thing that money cant always buy is a level of service that truly makes you feel like the people providing it care, I went into Cavalleros on a whim It looked pleasant and professional from the outside, inside was bright clean and welcoming, Gaby (the owner) took care of me from the start welcoming me in and making sure I was comfortable while I waited for the chair to open ( best to book i believe but I got lucky as a walk in with a 5 minute wait) As this was my first time in Cavalleros I spoke to the barber told him how i usually wear my hair and gave him creative freedom to do as he saw best, I was not disappointed at all, Not only did i receive a hair cut i also opted for a beard trim which little did i know also included a hot towel treatment and beyond ( i wont spoil the surprise if you opt to go for this but I couldn't recommend it any more highly if you have the time) All in all I used to go to my local for a quick £10 hair cut and nothing more From now on ill be booking a Monthly appointment into Cavalleros because nowhere else I've been before for a haircut has made me feel so highly valued and looked after as customer.
