I get my haircut here often. They are friendly, professional, and really do take their time for each customer. Unlike past experiences in a barbers, they constantly check if you're happy and are responsive. In past places I've been charged double because they had to do more work as I just wasn't confident with what they had done, but here that wasn't the case. It's tough right now for hairdressers and barbers, so instead of doing a botch job at home if recommend seeing these guys.

Nice friendly guys. Moustafa is a good barber. Only issue is the waiting around and the owners reluctance to allow customers to book appointments. If I’m paying nearly £36 for 2 haircuts I am not waiting around 30/40 minutes to get in a chair. If you want to charge that kind of money you need to provide a professional service for the customers.

Chapz is my regular barber the last couple of years, I've always had a good cut there. Went today for my first cut since lockdown ended and chuffed with the skin fade! They have good social distancing and hygiene in place so if you're nervous about getting a cut during this phase of lockdown I'd say you'll be fine. The barber who also acts as DJ has good taste in music too haha. (I also agree with the other review that said the woman barber is great - don't skip on her, she's very particular about doing a good job on your cut).

Went to Chapz for the first time today and was not disappointed. Waited to see Luke, who owns the business, but was asked to a chair by another available barber. I kindly declined the offer as I wanted to be seen by Luke (the other barber is good too, just a personal choice) and the gentleman didn't get offended at all, which I appreciated. When it was my time to sit down Luke took his time to ask what I wanted, took his time whilst cutting my hair, making sure that not only I was happy but he too with the haircut. No extra request felt like too much for him which made the overall service even better. As many people have said, seriously friendly people, excellent hair cut, great value for money and definitely recommended!

Went to Chapz upon recommendation from a friend from work not knowing what to expect. The place is easy to find in a good location in Canning Town. Had my hair cut from a guy called Mustafa who was very professional and knew what he was doing, especially with fades. The haircut did not feel like it was rushed and he was being very meticulous with every bit of hair. He was also verg skilled with facial hair and the price was very reasonable. Well worth the trip from canary wharf and I would happily come again.

I had a day off work, so I went to this barber for the first time. It was open at 9:30 am, and luckily I was the first person to walk in. Alan was the person who cut my hair, and I had to say he is a top man! Alan did a great job cutting my hair; he took a lot of care and consideration. I am aware of different types of haircut machines and had a look; he had the top quality ones. It was all nicely laid out in front of me. Alan and I spoke about gym, sports, and family; it was nice to hear his story. I prefer to have a conversation with my barber, and Alan was more than happy to talk. Alhamdulilah he is a practising brother, and I wish him all the best. Hope to see you again, brother InshaAllah.
