Great salon ! Had a colour and cut here . I have long curly dark hair they really gave me beautiful highlights and also had a trim and side bangs as well as a blow dry . They really listened to what I wanted and managed to color my hair with no damage . The staff are lovely and accommodating, the salon is clean and modern and comfortable. Excellent standard ❤️

I love this place ☺ I got full head of foils for a decent price. They are very friendly and welcoming, always offer drinks. The salon is nice and clean and has a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to others

My friend and I booked in for a last minute blow dry and were so pleased that they could squeeze us in. The staff were so so friendly and welcoming, and my blow-dry was incredible - the shampoo smells great also! Such a great find and will definitely come back.

Always had my haircut done by Andy, top work, always happy with the result and the customer service. This time, as Andy was busy, decided to try a different stylist. I do understand the staff is really busy, there is a lot of work to do. The stylist was really in a hurry to finish my haircut, although the time for the haircut is 30 min, mine was finished in 17. Was left full of hair, my face, my clothes, wasn't even offered to get a tissue to clean myself or at least get the hair blown off. Don't think that's how you make your customers feel welcomed. Got home, had to finish the stylist's job. Uneven cut, found a lot of hair locks longer the other, so had to adjust it myself. Was always happy to pay £25 and leaving tips, this time felt like £25 was a lot for the quality of service provided. Don't have the intention to lower the ratings, so i'll leave 4 stars.

I had bad luck with hair coloring services, so when I stumbled upon Connection Salon in my neighbourhood, all I wanted is another attempt on correcting my brassy haircolour. And what I've got in return was a beautiful pastel strawberry blonde colour that I've wanted for so long! Andy and his professional and friendly staff made me feel beautiful and welcome at their hair salon. I am now their faithful customer :)

I went today to get my hair done by Andy. I am very sceptical about London hairdressers, as I had a few bad experiences and I was looking for “the one”. I think I have just found him! Andy is very professional and caring; he took enough time to understand what I wanted. I said to him “I trust you” and let him style my hair. The result was excellent, and I am delighted with the overall experience. I will surely be coming back. I cannot recommend him enough!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I have always felt the best stylist for my hair and glamming up was me, because I’m so fussy, and no place has ever got it right. I stumbled upon the salon when I urgently needed my hair and beauty treatments done before an important job meeting with big dogs within British fashion. I only had to say things once, I wasn’t made to feel difficult, and I walked out with the best hair I’ve ever had. I’m so addicted to looking that good, I pass by the salon as often as I can for a wash and blow dry....AND the warm and friendly staff, I might add(!)...They all are serviceminded, but make you feel like you’re a group of friends! Absolutely best experience, every time!

Had hair cut and blow dry done. Joanna one of the staff in Salon, helped me with my manicure which I found it very nice f riendly and also I had done my waxing by Joanna which was quick and smooth . She was helpful as well professional throughout my treatments . Will come back.
