C. F.Great experience in Dani's. I urgently needed a beard trim and popped in on a Monday evening and got the full works. Trimmed my beard well, and also full wet shave of neck using proper cut-throat razor - it looks great and was a nice 15 minutes of being pampered. Very friendly, good quality and good value.
T. S.This has to be one of the best haircut experiences I have had. I showed him a picture, and he actually cut it according to the picture (seems commonsense, but almost every time a hairdresser looks at the picture I provide and proceeds to ignore it). Also, he took his time and made sure to pay attention to the details. All this for £11! I will definitely go back. I cannot say enough about how I dread going to get a haircut, but this place made me look forward to my next visit!
B. A.It is a decent enough barbershop, especially if you don't have a very specific and new hairstyle to maintain. They deal well with traditional cuts and shaves. With two barbers (at present) they have a quick turnaround as you can be in and out in about 30 minutes. The shop is clean and they follow good hygiene practices.
However, if you are trying to maintain a trendy and challenging hairstyle (undercut, pompadour, quiff, fringes, etc) any but the most accomplished hairdressers will fail you. This barbershop is no different. Your best bet is to stick with your current arrangement or find a more professional establishment.
On a slightly different note, this shop used to go through many barbers on a regular basis but they seem to have settled in now as the same two barbers have been here for at least a year.
