It was my first time visiting this beauty salon. I am absolutely impressed with service that was provided to me. Lady who cut and dyed my hair was super friendly and professional, she explained me each step and how to maintain my hair in good condition. End result was beyond my expectations. Definitely will be coming again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing place, the ladies always get my hair exactly right, which is a feat considering I've gone to multiple other salons and they never really managed to nail it and still charged £50 for it. I've been to Duchess twice now and got an amazing haircut for half the price of other salons. Five stars!

First time visiting Duchess and had my haircut by a lovely lady named Roya. Wait when arriving was short and Roya cut and styled my hair very well. Very happy with the service, will definitely return.

Good prices but I got a whole body rash from the sofa - must have had an allergic reaction to something but not the actual wax! Took four antihistamines to rectify. The actual waxing was quite good, although she missed a fair few leg hairs. But she was friendly
