This is my first salon visit after moving to London. The experience was superb. Lauren did a fantastic job. She was very professional, warm personality, and she gave me hair care advice. Lauren took note of my preferences and worked on my hair with gentle hands. It felt so good too when she did a little head massage when she washed my hair. The place was very clean and the rest of the staff there are accommodating. They even served me a nice hot green tea. Booking was also easy breezy, and transparent. It was a very pleasant experience.

First of all, the online booking system is so simple and easy to use, I wish all salons used it! It was also a great experience on the day, everyone was super friendly and helpful; even on a busy Saturday lunchtime the customer service wasn't forgotten. Lauren cut my hair and she was great at helping me to decide what I wanted and both Lauren and her colleagues offered some really useful tips for looking after my hair and style. Best of all the cut was really good value at £35 and I'm super pleased with the result. I've already booked myself in for an economical 12 weeks time!

I go to Ellie salon for my hair monthly for over 5 years. They are very professional, and they know colours more than anyone I had tried before. I am naturally brunette but I do have my hair blonde and it was difficult for most franchise hair salons to get the right tone. Recently I tried their keratin treatment for first time and it is the best result I have ever had. I used to do it overseas which was not possible due to pandemic but this was the most successful one with the right volume and still super straight. My stylist in Andie and I trust her advise in everything but they are all really great professionals who offer a unique touch to their service.

Ellie's has been my 'go to' since moving to Putney two years ago! The staff are all lovely and there is no one else I would entrust to do my eyebrows & waxing then Kamala! Had my eyebrows threaded for their special offer of £6. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Really lovely staff in the salon. Definitely my new place to go. Barely hurt at all. Bear in mind it’s minimum £20 spend for card payments (understandably!)

Excellent service. Shahrukh is an absolute asset to this salon.

I had a threading appointment with Shah, who, was amazingly sweet, making sure that I was content, in as little pain as possible and that she got as much hair removed as she possibly could, which also was by my request, she was perfect! Same goes for her colleague Fatima, who did my first Brazilian, who made sure to distract me and keep me calm and collected. Lovely way to get to know her as well! Additionally, she made sure to double check if she did what I was wished for, and continously asked for permission if she thought something would work for me, instead of just doing, which I really did appreciate! They were both immensely sweet and careful and I highly recommend!

I have been going monthly to Ellie for almost 2 years actually I am writing this review whilst on the way back from there even if I live in East London! Love this salon. I have had pretty much all the treatments here from threading to facials to wax to a haircut. Kamla the beauty lady is super and Loretta the lady that cuts my hair is charming. I've promised myself to write a review about Ellie Beauty since the first time I went there and here it finally comes! I've done waxing at a couple of other places in London, but the personal attitude and the way of work has never been at that level! Last time my appointment got disturbed thanks to severe train delays, but all the lovely people working there made sure I get the treatments I want by accommodating me among the other customers. I am delighted! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants proper service, good prices and friendly attitude!

Really friendly, independently run hair salon owned by the lovely Christina. Had my hair cut by Joanna who is the one you want if you want something a little creative. Definitely get more of a personal service than a high street hairdressing chain. Beautician offering beauty treatments is there several days a week too.
