Always get my eyebrows done here - the service is absolutely incredible. As someone with sensitive skin, I’m always offered wax at a lower temperature and soothing cream as well. The service is through and professional, definitely recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here if you are looking for somewhere in Chiswick.

I’ve now had a haircut and beard trim 3 times with Valerio and each time has been better every time I go in. The first time was so different to any other time when having a consultation about the haircut and beard. Had a complete restyle and the beard trim wasn’t just rushed with clippers like at most barbers. I feel so much better with my haircut and beard and it lasts so much longer due to the quality of Valerio as a hair stylist. Well worth the price of admission in the long run! I’ve had 2 customised intensive facials with Tina. And both times I have come out feeling satisfied, refreshed and less stressed. Well worth getting a facial for any guys thinking wanting to get one! :)

Had my haircut here three times in the last few months, firstly by Paul, and then by Abel (Paul was unable to cut my hair due to being fully booked). I always feel like my custom is appreciated. It's hard to find a decent hairdresser/barber that listens, and is also able to translate your directions into the haircut you desire. These guys did exactly that! I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. It is on the pricier side, however you do get what you pay for. Abel really took his time, and paid great attention to the skin fade, side parting style I go for. He talked me through each part of the haircut, and explained the techniques he used, and why he did so. He also gave me some hair care pointers which was greatly appreciated. I sensed that he may have enjoyed what he does (which is rare) and was very enthusiastic about the style. My hair has never been in better condition. Thank you so much. Spot on Genco Chiswick! Some decent banter and a bit of pampering, you've got my business from now on! Please keep it up.

Hands down the best place to get your hair done if you want someone with skill cutting your hair or removing it from your caveman-esque body. The extra cost versus a standard barber clipper job is worth it.

My young son has been going to Genco for haircuts for some years now. It's always been cut really well (much better than any other barber he's been to in Chiswick). Only reason not to give 5 stars is because a couple of times we have turned up and been told the appointment has been cancelled because of sickness/no-show of the stylist. Annoying but they handled it pretty well.

So came in for a walk in appt for my 3yr old boy and they were super accommodating! Staff friendly and interacted with my little boy...so we had to wait about 30mins past our initial appt slot but they kept apologising and checking in on us but as our toddler seemed ok we were ok (he loved the barber chairs!) so it was Lewie who cut our little boys hair and I cannot stress how impressed we are with his scissor cutting skills he was fantastic!!! Furthermore he was polite, friendly and best of all gave my little boy one of the best haircuts he has had in ages! We will deffo be back! Thank you Lewie!

First time visiting and was greeted warmly by Paul. Once I was in the chair he sized up my beard and tash and knew where I struggled and what looked i should go for. And he didn't disappoint. Shame I couldn't get the blade because of COVID rules but it was an enjoyable experience nonetheless. Will definitely come back.

Attention to detail............... it has been a long long time since I last went to a barbers, opted for a full shave of beard and hair using a traditional cut throat razor. Whole experience was exceptional, could not recommend highly enough!
