This place is wonderful in every way possible! My little sister had a TERRIBLE balyage done at another salon (JustMe London) - it was green and blue and the bleach was left in for nearly 3 hours. I wish I had the stylists name, but she carefully and kindly helped repair the damage done and my younger sister left smiling. The staff is kind, caring, always checked that she was happy, and honestly I couldn’t say enough good things. The atmosphere was wonderful and pretty much everything about it was perfect. Thank you so much!

Great hair cut with Corrina. She was really thorough, made sure she really knew what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut and blow dry. My hair feels so much better. She also gave me after advice. The salon has a really nice feel to it. Overall great experience

I come here regularly to get my hair coloured and cut by Sam who always does a great job. Wagner did my wedding hair this weekend and it was fabulous! I was thrilled with it and the salon went out of their way to make the appointment for me and my bridesmaids special - they surprised us with drinks which was so thoughtful!

I had a gift voucher for the Rejuvenation Package to use here, a 2.5 hour pamper session including a facial, massage and either a manicure or pedicure. My beautician was Amber who is lovely and made me feel very comfortable. The back massage was about half an hour and was just to my taste (firm) and definitely helped release tension in my shoulders. This was followed by the manicure to give time for my nails to dry before I left. I opted for red and am very happy with the results. The facial was last but Amber was very thorough. She did an extraction of my blackheads and my face felt truly cleansed afterwards. All in all, a great experience and pamper session. It was about 2 hours 10 in total but totally worth it for £160. Would highly recommend this package and will very likely come back.

I had a haircut with Louise a week ago now and was very apprehensive because I haven’t had the best experiences with haircuts in the last year, and I can safely say I loved the entire experience. Lousie spent some time trying to understand exactly what I wanted and then she did exactly that. She wasn’t rushed and she took her time with my hair which I appreciated greatly. The experience of having a cut at an Aveda salon was great too, and the complimentary head and shoulder massage before the wash was such a luxurious touch. I will definitely be going back!

This was my second trip to the spa and both times have been a great, and very relaxing experience. Critically, in Kirsty I've finally found someone in London who knows how to cut and shape curly hair - a rarity! Would highly recommend.

I am here on vacation & needed my eyebrows waxed. I was able to easily book online for the next day. I showed up 20 mins early & Amber was able to get me in. The salon is clean & bright upstairs. Amber’s room is downstairs & its very peaceful. Amber did a quick & thorough job. I would definitely go back!

So thrilled with my cut and style by Kirsty! I showed her a Pinterest board of the range of styles and lengths I liked (straight or layered style, and anywhere from shoulder length to a few inches shorter for length). We chatted and settled on a shoulder length straight cut that I could part down the middle for a clean modern look, or add some loose waves to dress it up. I love how it turned out and Kirsty’s excellent attention to detail. Also just really loved my time with her, feeling relaxed and alternately chatting and drifting off into pleasant silences. Finally, this was my first visit and I appreciated being able to book online an hour before my last-minute appointment. Will definitely return!

I've been going to Gina Conway (Westbourne Grove) for a couple of years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else out of choice. The service has always been excellent, I love having the shoulder massage, getting my hair washed and then cut - the whole experience is rather relaxing. I used to see the same hairdresser, Stephen (Irish guy) most of the time but he's left now, and I have seen Micheal once and he's exceptional. The hairdressers also give good advice on which Aveda products to use and I've bought the recommended dry remedy and damage remedy lines and rate them highly. Would definitely recommend going here.

im a flight attendant for a major airline; had a layover in London; fortunate enough to have my hair done at Gina Conways Salon -- awesome experience!!! Was welcomed by Jasmine, she offered tea and a warm place to sit... (i arrived a bit early) then neck and shoulder massage (ahhhhh ) followed by hair washing and excellent head massage... then the caveat! my hair cut and styled by Elanor !!! beautiful !! i look at a hair stylist from the perspective of what i can do with my hair without the stylist… in other word the cut… Elenor is amazing!! my hair is so easy … looks great … even when i wash it and NOT blow dry… after flying for 12 to 16 hours having great hair is a plus!! thank you : )

Excellent service, Wagner did magic to my hair! It’s not difficult to make a haircut look amazing on the day, it’s a different story the day after. One sleep and a workout later my hair still looks amazing! It’s a masterpiece! Definitely will be coming back.

The attention was great. To start with Eleonor actually listened to what I wanted and saw my hair and it’s quality when dry. We discussed the haircut and the work plan. They shampood my hair in a very calm and relaxing space. The cut was brilliant, exactly what I wanted. Eleonor was calm and gentle and she talked me through the process. She gave the cut and edge which I was thrilled with. She also trimmed my bangs amazingly. Finally the blow out was perfect. Definitely recommend!!

CURLY DILEMMA!? Having extremely curly hair (non afro) makes the prospect of having my haircut (and coloured daunting) which is why, i have used the same hairdresser since i was thirteen. Trouble is, I now live in London, and my hairdresser, lives in Oxford. A new solution had to be found. I've tried several hairdressers across London (one of whom used Aqueous cream to "set" my curls - horredous) with no sucess, so when i first went to see Kenny (cut) and Murka (colour) at GC Westbourne Grove i was very nervous. I need'nt have been. First and foremost they listened to me and the results are (dare i say it) even better than my "lifelong"stylist. Kenny was a gem, he asks questions and is genuinely interested in the way in which I care for my hair and even understood that once the cut was done to wet my hair back down so i wouldnt frizz out. Murka is a genius when it comes to colour, its gorgeous, glossy and natural looking and everyone keeps telling me how good the colour is. Great products, attentive chatty staff and a pretty fabulous head massage ( bit too brief...more please!!) added to what is now a regular experience. Really recommend.

Had a lovely experience with stylists and technicians, very happy with their work but receptionist destroyed it at the end. Made a payment but had to wait for a receipt for about 5 min while receptionist was on the phone. Need to put priorities in place.
