I was happy to do my hair in god’s mercy hair salon Good Customer service , I never book the appointment but the lady did a nice job on my hair, very late in the night, the salon is very clean and everyone in the salon are very nice and very happy to give a good customer service,

I am so happy with the braids Lois did for me! I went in with a picture (part single plaits, part cornrows) and Lois recreated it beautifully. It was the first time I have ever braided my hair and I will definitely do it again, with Lois. The braids are comfortable (not too tight) and look amazing. My mum and friends love them in an almost shocked way. Yes, they are shockingly good. And, I'm happy that Lois agreed to do my braids as I have white hair. She said anyone is welcome. And, that has definitely been the case in my experience. Inside the salon, you feel like part of the family and there are always friendly, familiar and satisfied customers coming in and out ( I should know, I was being braided for 5 hours!). Lois had even called me into the salon initially as I was wearing a hair disaster by another stylist at the time. Lois sorted that out. Absolutely no regrets. The braids look stunning. Lois is very skilled and a star. I'll definitely be going back 💖

I don’t normally leave reviews but as someone who has struggled to find good Afro hair salons in London, I think it’s only fair I share a good spot when I find one. The ladies in this salon looked after me from beginning to end and made me laugh too. They were so friendly! I went in for a wash and blow dry with underwig cornrows and I worked with one lady throughout my time at the salon. She treated me as an INDIVIDUAL and customised my styling accordingly. That was vital for me because so many hairdressers in the past haven’t cared about my hairs needs only the money. After my appointment they even recommended products for my hair to suit my needs which was great. I left feeling confident and in good spirits. Their prices are very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable, Afro hair salon in London x

Start visiting the salon in August, and so far i am very happy with the services i recieved. My grip on braids is excellent that leaves my hair looking new even after a month. My edges are still intact,striving and growing. So far am very happy with everything and will recommend them.

i had very good hospitality and customer service. i was well spoken to and they made sure i was comfortable and that i liked my hair. they also asked me if i needed anything, and were very friendly. i would reccomend both male and female to come and get their hair done and slayed. you won't leave feeling dissapointed. They also sell hair at the salon and hair products at a reasonable price so you will not have to stress having to run hair shop. Other hair salons have hard chairs but this one has a cushioned sofa and Tv and you are allowed to watch TV. Go and your get your hair done, you won't regret it. I got knotless braids done the other week, i promise you people will be asking you where you got your hair done

Shalom! Me and my mother in law made an appointment and they were very helpful over the phone. We arrived and we felt welcome and the hairdresses were very kind and heartwarming. I had a perm and even though my hair was really long the lady managed well and was very happy about the results. (I was falling asleep while she was massaging my hair haha) I literally showed it off to my mom. And my mother in law had braids done in a ponytail style she was very pleased as well. I do all my hair at God's mercy, and customer service is excellent, this time I did keratin treatment, I payed good value of money, and the treatment was very good, my hair is smooth and beautiful. I recommend you to do so, if you want to do your keratin treatment, is a best place to go

So a few weeks ago I was looking for a place to get my hair done and then I came across this salon in Harlesden, I immediately booked my appointment for the next day. My stylist was Louis. She took really good care of my hair, I absolutely loved how my hair looked and felt after the whole treatment. Not to forget their service was on point and they had a very friendly staff aswell!
