Needed retail therapy. Hsve to say i always get my hair cut there always Today they coured my hair. Looks lovely. Thankyou to all staff.everyone there is etremely friendly and offer coffee,tea , water. Place is very clean . Girls are cleaning the salon well . Would recommend them , there haircuts make you feel great 👍 Please ignore some of the bad reviews . They are the best by far . Give it go ,dont hesitate Thanks Kelly .. 😊 Good job girls

I had my haircut here by Kelly a couple of weeks ago - I had never used Harper's services before and had been meaning to try given how local they are. I have to say, I am so glad I did! Had such a lovely experience, warm and welcoming. Best haircut and blow dry I have had in a long time, she did exactly what I wanted! Also had a lovely conversation throughout the duration and will most definitely come back for another cut soon! Thanks a lot Kelly! Shann x On a side note, they have beauty services as well offered by Em (Instagram: _beautyby.em_ ) and noticed she offers LVL for £35 which is amazing value since I normally pay £55 elsewhere! So will definitely be trying that out soon :)

Best Hair cut in years! I went to Harpers for a cut and colour, at the start of December. Unfortunately there was a slight miss communication (mainly my part) and I wasn't 100% satisfied with my colour. Kelly was absolutely lovely about it and immediate booked me back in with no questions asked to achieve the outcome I desired. All the staff were lovely on both visits, and even helped keep my 2 month old son entertained! I've been back for a third visit to have my hair put up for a party and my husband is due to visit for a haircut too! Thanks again lovely ladies x

Lovely staff and great customer experience. No tea/ coffee would be offered due to the covid-19, unfortunately, which would be a part of a routine. Covid-19 guidelines followed and as a customer you will be expected to wear a mask. Really good at highlights/ colouring, but I didn't get the hair cut that I wanted. This was my second time there. The first time they did better job at cutting my hair!

My daughter is autistic and Kelly has been cutting her hair since Harpers opened. Usually my little girl won't say anyone's name and will not speak to someone unless she has known them years, and then she still struggles. Kelly has a way with her which is quite amazing. My little girl now talks about my hairdresser Kelly. I had my hair cut by Kelly last week and it is the best hair cut I have had in 10 years. She deserves much more praise than I could give. I am more than a happy customer and I could not recommend her enough for a child's hair. If she can get the response she does from my daughter then she should have another 5 stars. The whole place is friendly without being to much. It's a gem of a find!

Kelly has been colouring and cutting my hair for years dating back to before she moved to open Harpers She was great after I had my accident even coming to my home to sort out my hair when I was unable to travel to the salon The staff are all super friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon
