5 stars for the Star on my ankle 😊 It was my first tattoo!! I had a panic attack on my way to Headcase, I got there and explained I needed to calm down from a panic attack and the staff were so understanding and friendly! Very patient with me, most places would say we are on a schedule and would rush me but they were superb! Kristina was amazing and did my star it’s exactly how I wanted it. Amazing 👏👏

Been here many times for a haircut. Price is good to be London, the place is really nice and chilled. Staff is smiley, always available to help you and good at their job, attention to details. They offer you a drink when you get inside and always have good chats with them! Personally choose Mani when I book, found myself great with him! Highly advised!

Always get a great service when I go there to get my hair cut by Mani, he's great to talk to and will offer advice. It's a little pricey (£23!) but maybe that's just the northerner in me coming out. You really can tell the difference though.

Been over an year since I am visiting this barbershop and service has been impeccable, hence the reason for 1 year of loyalty :-) The annual subscription works out very well, as I am not bothered to carry my wallet, I can walk in and get my work done. The place is usually busy after 3 pm, so it's best to have an appointment. The place is clean and overall has a nice vibe, the decor is quirky yet stylish. They have an open bar and staff is always courteous to ensure you have been asked for drinks. Coming to haircuts, I have tried working with different barbers and everyone has been to the point in the haircut I asked for. From my long locks to super short hair, the staff consulted what would suit me and delivered what promised; now that's one thing I always look for in an barbershop. Overall, a nice and friendly place delivering awesome haircut every time. Good Work Guys, Keep it going!

I have been coming to the barbershop for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that the service is excellent. You will always be greeted with a friendly “hey!” when you come into the shop, which by the way has quite a cool design to it (somewhat industrial and loft like). The ambience of the shop is always quite lively with music, but not too loud either. You will always be offered a beverage to your liking (alcohol/tea/coffee/water)! Now to the main part…the cut. The price list is by far very reasonable for a barbershop (been to others in the area that end up 5-10 pounds more expensive), and the services offered are plenty. If that’s not enough, you can earn discounts if you’re a student in the area or by checking into the shop on facebook. They also have a 6 month to a year membership where you can get unlimited cuts (just for 250 a year), and visit a few of the other Headcases in the area if need be! I regularly get my hair cut by Paula, who never leaves me disappointed! Whether you’re going for the same cut (which she will always remember) or a restyling, her experience will be a great guide! Overall an excellent local place with great vibes, prices, and most importantly haircuts!

Excellent barbers! Usually picky with my hair, but they're so great in here that I even committed to their "200 club" which offers unlimited haircuts for £250 for a year (or £130 for six months). I always have my hair done by Paula - she's ace! They offer you a drink on arrival, and you can even book appointments on the app (near cut). Finally they offer a generous NHS discount!

Much like the one in Canon Wharf, this is a really excellent place to get a haircut. Staff are warm and friendly, and more importantly, all competent barbers. There's a good reading selection if you need to wait, and they'll get you a drink if you do. Bear in mind: it can get busy, so it's worth booking via the Booksy app.

I don't usually change hairdressers as I was getting my haircut by one barber at another place. But I came across headcase, and met Alex, who is by far the best barber I have ever had. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who likes to stay with one barber for as long as you can. He knows my hair so well, always gives me THE best haircuts and beard trims. I have big respect for that guy, Headcase are lucky to have him in their ranks.

Love this place. Great Staff get my haircut just right every time. You can get a beer if you want. The music is all rock and roll too, so I tap my foot the whole time. If I have to take my son there's a load of magazines and stuff for him to look at that keeps him occupied. Couldn't recommend it more.

Been using these guys for a while now and they're a great addition to the area. Brilliant, quality full service old school men's barbers with a funky modern twist. Stylish, chilled and make you feel like you matter. Sheldon does mine and is a great guy. Worth noting this isn't an in and out 15 mins £8 a pop chop-shop, but quality takes time & these guys are artists at both hair and beards = certainly chuffed with mine = feeling dapper.
