I called to book a last min appointment. And the girls accommodated me SO quickly. I’ve seen the salon on my commute everyday but thought I’d pop in. They were very friendly. Made me feel comfortable, I love my hair. Heir Generation will definitely be seeing me againn!!

After avoiding hairdressers for 20 years, I found heir of clapham. I have to say the staff are of exceptional mastery of everything hair. The know what styles and colours suit each individual and nothing is too much trouble. I believe their training programme is outstanding for their trainees and all staff are happy in their jobs. I would thoroughly recommend this salon to anybody. The place is always clean and tidy and they go out of their way to make sure when you leave you feel like a million dollars. If I could give this a higher rating than a 5 star I WOULD.

Heir is such a comfortable environment where I am made to feel very welcome. I’ve been going for years to see Maresce and Dany and I’m always happy when I walk out of there. On my 13th birthday my mum took me to the salon and allowed me to get my hair coloured for the first time. Fiz did my hair for me and it was more than I imagined. Maresce, Fizz and Evette have been doing my hair for over 2yrs- extensions, Brazilian blowdry, cut and colour. They are perfectionists who always get my hair to look perfect and suggest new techniques where appropriate, along with providing great aftercare on tips how to style hair at home. The extensions are so natural, nobody believes I have extensions! Some hairdressers are just after money and hurry- but not here, they actually care and are perfectionists. I wouldnt go anywhere else in London. Thank you!!

I love coming here, it's my second home. I always arrive an harassed busy mum of three and leave looking glam and feeling great. Mareacse, Fiz, Ivette and all the staff are fantastic and bend over backwards to accommodate and welcome old clients and new alike. Mareacse and Fiz are ahead of their game and have an abundance of knowledge on all things hair and make up. Fiz and Natalia made me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout the experience and got the colour of my hair so spot on (I bought in Clip in extensions to match the colour too). Wow I don’t know where to begin, I came in for a balayage with Natalia 2 days ago and she has done such an incredible job, what I loved most was the warm welcome I received when I came in so so welcoming. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn’t too sure so Fizz got some photos up on her desktop and showed me several different shades of balayage that was similar to the colour I wanted and went through each one step by step with me till I decided which shade I wanted to go with. We don’t always go into a salon knowing exactly what we want so when the staff take the time out to help you pick and what will suit you best, it’s just a lovely touch to their already amazing customer service. Natalia work on my hair like a wizard with a wand and Fizz washed and gave me a beautiful trim. The atmosphere is 10/10 and the music playlist is just phenomenal. This review is specific to the Hair Academy at Heir Generation. I had a bleach and balayage done by Natalia. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't care for prosecco/tea/coffee/water served to them, but wants to walk out with quality advice and an amazing hair transformation that doesn't break the bank. What to expect: Because the students are still in the process of learning you'll see and hear Fiz the manager giving them advice on how they can improve what they're doing and feedback on the process. The experience may therefore take longer than normal. Staff: Natalia did a fab job of my hair as you can see from the photo. Natalia is training at the Academy and she was quick, adapted to feedback given by the manager and offered great advice on what I should do with my hair. Customer experience: As someone who had 'virgin hair' beforehand, I had no idea what I was talking about and the staff at the salon ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with the new style I was going for. They made sure to customise the hair cut and colour to my lifestyle too which showed their experience and professionalism. Why not 5 stars? I loved the experience and definitely will go back as I trust Natalia with my hair, plus love what she's done with it. But leaving the salon my hair smelt funky, of bleach maybe? And the shampoo/treatment I've bought from them doesn't smell incredible either. But hey, you are getting a 5/5 hair transformation.

Just had my hair cut from Danny in Heir Generation, i got a high fade on my sides and a small trim on top, hot face towel and hair wash. The hair cut was a 10/10 and the service i received was second to none! I would definitely recommend it!!
