V. S.I popped in to find out about the salon and see how I felt being in there and how the team answered my questions, prices etc - the usual stuff. I ended up having a cut and toner! Absolutely loved everything about my experience and the outcome. The toner I wanted was a very specific shade and the colourist even went as far as showing me a test of what the toner would look like by putting it in some test strands of hair (not mine!!) to show me the processed colour and then she and I refined it further and the colour came out perfectly. I have been to a couple of other salons and this is the first time it has come out how I wanted it to.
Everyone in the salon was professional and listened brilliantly. My haircut is the best I have had for a long time and I have already booked my next appointment. A luxury salon with top class service and skills in abundance. Completely and highly recommend.
One tip for the salon: think about getting some signage that stands at right angles to the frontage and you may attract more business. Also I couldn’t find you online through Google search so perhaps you are not listed. I say this because when I got home I stupidly forgot the name of the salon AND that they had kindly emailed the receipt to me which of course had the name on it (duh) so I google searched under everything I could think off and it didn’t come up. Just a thought. Thanks again for a GREAT experience.
