Been looking for a new salon to get my nails done and decided to give Jackons a try. Booked a gel manicure with Irina who was really lovely and professional, however after a few days noticed air bubbles in pretty much all of my nails which wasn't ideal considering I paid £30. Jacksons contacted me straight away and offered a complimentary gel re-varnish which was done absolutely brilliantly. Really pleased with such an amazing costumer service and will definitely be coming back!

Life savers! 🎉 Masy and the other girls saved my hair after I stupidly destroyed it with a box dye and turned it orange/grey/pink. My hair was in awful condition and all my curls had fallen out. The lady was super reassuring on the phone, booked me in for a consultation and a full head of highlights, bleach bath, tone, olaplex, cut and blowdry and this was the result! Over the moon with the result and highly recommend this place. The whole team is super welcoming, Masy was great! Had expert colour knowledge, was fast! (Literally I was out in 2 hours) and did an overall wonderful job! I can now start Uni feeling fab. Thanks guys:) 💗🎉💗🎉💗

I was searching for a long time a good hairdresser and I found it now. I promess you that if you want to go brown to blond is the place to go. But even cuts, colors, extensions, I sent all my friends there even if it's one hour from my place. My hairdresser name is Radia helping by a girl named Nina and they just did exactly what I wanted in one appointment. I really recommend this place and Radia. Thanks a lot.

Not bad. Barber's not that welcoming when you enter. They cut hair well which is a bonus but the atmosphere is a little dry in my opinion. One barber didn't listen to me regarding my beard trim that I had asked for and decided to use the blade on the neck which caused me to have a breakout (hence why I asked for him not to use the blade and keep natural). Overall an average to good experience but there are better barber's.

Although the guy I had my booking with wasn't in for another hour and the location was incorrect (I was sent to the other one 30 sec up the road), another guy called Hedi worked wonders and sorted my hair perfectly under £20 while others charge over £30 now. Went for the first time today as my girlfriend bought me a voucher. Just moved to the area and been looking for new barbers think I found them!. Amazing haircut being European I find most barbers cut my hair too short which I hate. These guys were very nice and funny, made me feel welcome and did the work quickly. I loved the haircut. Would really recommend to give them a try I will definately be a regular customer. They deserve all the praise they are getting.

Hit or miss experience. The first 2 times I was very happy with my haircut. However my last experience hasn't been great. The gents hairdresser this time around was very careless, didn't listen to my request properly and started cutting the hair before confirming that he understood what I asked. Recipe for disaster. He cut the hair way shorter than I asked, and the general look was a dull, primary school haircut from the 80s. I literally had to tell him how to fix it.... In the end it was better but still, based on this experience I don't believe I will visit again. I'd rather pay £10 extra and get exactly what I want elsewhere

I’ve had three brilliant haircuts here. It’s no frills but the ladies are so lovely, do a brilliant job and it’s unbelievably well priced. I pay £28 for wash, cut a lovely blow dry and my hair is just below my collarbone. Sometimes they can run late and have been running quite behind the times I’ve gone, but I just allow for extra time and it’s all fine. I do highly recommend though, I’ve just booked in for my next appointment! Radia did the best job on my hair, thank you! Edit: I just wanted to say another thank you to Radia, I just have the best haircut ever with her on Saturday (26/01). Thank you, I love it!

Quick, competent and well-priced - a good barber in Balham.. I had a first haircut from these folks shortly after moving to the area. Beating my previous barber, who was a genius, was a tall order - and for a first cut of a very specific style, these guys did better than anyone else I've found. I got a blended uppercut with a side part, which I wear swept back - a tricky thing to describe. But a quick photo, my barber gave me a nod, and delivered a better cut than I've received in months. Certainly worth a try if you're looking for a new barber.

I would highly recommend Jacksons after having the BEST cut and blow dry ever by Atti! She is such a confident hairdresser, her cutting is faultless- her blowdry was Fabulous and she takes the time to ensure you leave the salon with what you ask for....in my case I left with beyond that, I couldn't have been happier! The staff were friendly, the salon was extremely clean, the manager was present and very welcoming and it was very clear to see how proud he is of his staff. I was offered a drink within 2 minutes of walking through the door. A fridge was also stocked with kiddies drinks for the younger customers too! I cannot fault the service I received or the staff at this Fantastic salon! I will be back that's without a question of a doubt! Thank you Jacksons!

I wasn't too sure at first what it would be like as it is such a reasonable price, but It was a great choice. I have been coming to Jackson's barbers for 7 months now. I have found the service to be excellent coupled with the fact that the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Although there is a level of professionalism, the staff are able to mantain the highest level of service. The boss Kerwan is always looking to improve his establishment, even though it is already a well established barber shop in the Balham area. He has introduced the coffee machine and a new rewards based system which enables to benefit from some from form of discount.

I award 5 stars for my half head highlights cut and blowdry. The highlights are the most amazing colour and the cut is probably the best I've ever had, the service was quick, friendly and very professional. I had my hair cut elsewhere 2 weeks ago and was so unhappy with the shabby way my hair was cut and how it looked that I went to Jacksons after reading the mostly good reviews about Abby and I was not disappointed. The salon is clean and yes it is at the back of the barber shop but that did not bother me in the least and the guys in the barber shop just get on with their own thing so you kind off don't even notice them there unless you listen in to some of the crazy fun filled conversations they have with their clientele which I found funny while waiting for my highlights to process. Abby was very welcoming as I was very nervous after recent experience elsewhere, was offered a drink and then she went through what I wanted and got on with t he job. I never ever leave a salon feeling like my hair looks great as I have curly hair and I find most hairdressers don't style it properly but Abby blowdried it to perfection and the colour was amazing that for once I didn't run home and shove my head under the shower so I could style it myself. I will definitely be returning to Jacksons Balham especially for the fantastic highlights and great cut, also, Abby is one of the coolest hairdressers who will make you feel at ease and will provide brilliant service. Hmmm, always go here for my cut and I'll keep going back but it's getting to be hit or miss. OK the cut was ok but I had a real grump guy cutting my hair, throwing tools on the worktop and knocked me with the hair drier and no apology. It's the little things that stand out like offering to trim the eyebrows or put gel in my hair. Non of that was offered on this occasion.
