Great service and I feel comfortable in the salon. Eunju is professional, approachable, very nice person, and she did an amazing job with my straightening treatment and haircut. I got a haircut, hair treatment and digital perm here, Eunjoo and her team did such an amazing job!! I love my new voluminous curly hair!! Eunjoo was great, she did a thorough consultation first, made sure I was happy with the plan before starting and I felt I was in good hands. They have plastic dividers between clients and staff wear face masks, so it all feels very Covid safe. I love how my hair looks now!! Thank you!

I did the Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening almost a year ago and my hair still looks great! I am a very very big fan of completely straight hair so my overuse of hair straightener often left me with dry and split ends. After getting the treatment done not only was my hair straight but also extremely soft! I paid around £250 for the whole process but I’m pretty sure there was some discount involved and I also got a haircut alongside olaplex no 1&2. Would recommend it to anyone whose obsessed with straightening, however please first contact the hair salon regarding your hair type and texture so that you can expect the possible outcome. I am so so delighted with my hair that I’m planning to do this every year! My hair wasn’t damaged at all!

It’s my second time getting Japanese straightening at Jeju Hair and I couldn’t be happier. My hair is healthy, straight and incredibly soft, despite walking into the salon with a dry mess on my head. I couldn’t recommend Enju and her team more - friendly service, a lovely environment and the only place in London where tuoi can trust your hair to be permanently straightened in the right way.

I had a Digiperm and haircut. The stylist assessed the condition of my hair and verified what result I had in mind. Despite the busy day, she (and the rest of the stylists) were very thorough and checked how I was doing regularly. I’m very happy with my result and felt cared for throughout the 3-4 (?) hours I was there. I’m looking forward to booking another appointment for a hair colour soon.

I was bored of my long black hair and wanted a change and did a balayage and hair cut with Enju. Enju was very honest that I might not be able to achieve the light hair I wanted on one sitting and showed me what I potentially could achieve. She was very patient and skilled. All the other staff were very friendly. I loved the end results and would definitely visit again!

Johanna did an amazing job cutting my hair. My hair was really damaged and was breaking at the end bc of my previous dyes. My hair is a bit difficult to cut bc it’s so thick . But she worked her magic and cut the dead ends while trying to keep the length. She is detail oriented and def a professional.

My new favourite hair salon. The staff are super friendly and I've received 2 of the best hair cuts I've ever had (only been twice so far). First time was with the salon owner and second a senior stylist, an Australian guy. Only down side is that I have to ride over from NE London but definitely worth it. They also have a loyalty scheme where your 10th haircut, blow dry, etc is free. Great value.

I had my only haircut during the pandemic here and honestly, I think it might be the best haircut I’ve had in my life. Piris was absolutely amazing - he cut my hair in such a way that I could wear it naturally for months afterwards, without needing to style it. And my hair is naturally super wavy and difficult to handle. Overall had such an amazing experience - highly recommend Piris as a stylist!

Went in today for hair treatment and a haircut today. My biggest apologies for being late as my prebooked parking spot was taken!! All the staff members were very professional, friendly and wearing PPE. Eunju was very professional and attentive, not to mention my hair looks absolutely perfect and easy to manage. The owner is very skilled and efficient, she made me walk out of the hairdresser feeling fresh and looking amazing! As East Asian I can confidently say she's very good at handling Asian hair. Good value for money as well, highly recommended!

The owner, a Korean lady, is a theatre artist-turned hairdresser. She is by far the most experienced & reasonable Korean hairdresser I have seen in London (I use & here as you may find some very experienced stylists in high-end service elsewhere but they're far too expensive). No fuss, going straight to cut the hair as you asked. A good value for money if you want a typical Korean haircut.

Everyone wants to trust a salon that they can rely on right? I have been to this salon 3 times I have had 2 hairdressers, Enju cut my hair first and then I had Kevin to cut my hair both who did a fantastic job and the third was to get my fringe trim and still did a fantastic job! Usually I only visit the hairdressers once and I wouldn't be happy about the hairstyle I get as it would not be anywhere near what I want even when I show them a picture but this salon I can definitely rely on as I like going for asian hairstyles and when I show them a picture of what I want, they know what I want and they are all friendly. Another thing I want to mention is you can contact them via social media and they get back to you very quickly, I highly recommend this place!

Eunju is amazing! The last time I did a professional loose perm, it lasted for only 2 days. Other salons have told me that I needed to do a much tighter perm in order for it to last as my hair is very stubbornly straight. Eunju did my perm and cut and she managed to give me very soft loose curls which actually lasted! :)

I simply love this place. I've been getting my hair cut at this salon ever since moving to London and the quality of the service is incredible. Eunju (the salon director) is a true professional with many years of experience in the field and someone you can really rely on for some honest and realistic hair advice. I read some negative reviews here on GM lamenting the fact that she told customers that the treatment they wanted wouldn't work for them and then the customers would go get the treatment done elsewhere, well in my experience that's what makes Eunju so great and reliable, she knows about hair... A LOT. She can tell exactly how your hair is going to respond to a certain cut/treatment just after a quick examination and she's always realistic and practical in her advice so I always feel like she has the best interest of the customers at heart. There's no point in giving someone a haircut that's gonna look nice just for a couple of days, a true professional is someone who always goes the extra mile to make sure customer is happy for more than a couple of days/weeks and that means not just working for short term happiness but one that keeps people coming back to her. I would also like to compliment the hospitality of the director, her family and her staff. My husband gets his hair cut at this salon as well and he's always been very happy about the results.

Really professional services here that ensure your satisfaction. I had my hair colored and cut at this venue a few weeks earlier - the cut itself was great, as for the color it was a bit complex as I was trying to make the harshness between my natural and colored hair less obvious. The first time I had it coloured, it didn't show as much and I called back - they offered to retreat the area and now it looks fantastic. Love the service here!

People with Asian hair will know the struggle of finding someone you can trust to colour and/or cut our hair and Ai did an amazing job with my balayage. She listened carefully to what it was I wanted to achieve and told me what I can expect from the results, she asked questions to ensure she knew exactly what we were aiming at. She and Eunju - who cut my hair - were so lovely and kind. Eunju knew very quickly what I was looking for and was very quick. I've already recommended to several people.

Arrived half hour early for my appointment and was offered tea or coffee. Ai finishes her customer 15 minutes before schedule and saw to me straight away and didn’t tell me to wait which for me was excellent! Had an amazing wash and head massage and th cut and blow dry where even better! I will definitely be returning and have Ai as my permanent hairstylist!

Eunju is the loveliest hairdresser, very honest and caring! You can tell she really cares about her clients and is seasoned in experience. Having been to expensive asian salons for most of my adulthood, Eunju not only for the first time broke down and explained the process carefully, but also what effect it’ll have, at the same time achieving the natural highlighting/fading from the photo I showed her so perfectly on my asian hair.

First went to get my hair cut by Ai; she did such a good job I decided to try her/jeju out with my Japanese straightening (I usually get Yuko done elsewhere). I have to say I'm really pleased with the results; it costs a bit more to get it done here but I think the results are also better, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Also had the Olaplex done which I recommend too.

Highly recommend the men's perm, got it done by Eunju who expertly changed the process according to my hair, length and style. Don't be surprised if it comes out really curly to begin with, it will loosens and come out perfect in the end!
