M. C.I usually choose not to write reviews but felt it necessary to do so for this. Firstly, the haircuts are great and definitely 5* - I've been happy with the actual cut each time I've been. They are also very reasonably priced.
The 3 Stars overall is for the customer service, for which reason I am choosing not to return. I was spoken to in an incredibly insulting, patronising and condescending way by one of the barbers working there. They referenced my previous visits and claimed that I was causing issues with requesting a shorter cut during the cut itself.
Instead of explaining this reasonably and on a previous visit, it was done so in an intimidating manner which led to me feeling overwhelmed and thus having an anxiety attack. I've never had this issue at other barbers whereby I have never felt rushed or undermined for deciding to take off some more hair.
It's disappointing as the haircuts are consistently very good but the customer service here sadly didn't match up to that.

D. P.I've been going to this Barbers on and off for many years but I am writing this review because they have really stepped it up over th past 6-12 months! Customer service, haircuts, care and attention has improved so much I can safely say it's the best barbers in Lewisham and Greenwich now!!
I take my little boys (1 And 3 years old) and all the barber's are very very friendly and patient with them - nothing is to much trouble!

O. F.Came from East London to try this place out because of the great reviews from friends and family who live in Lewisham - i was not disappointed. Gave me a great shape up, trim, and gave me one of the best beard treatments in a long time. Also, they take hygiene seriously. All staff are masked, they have plastic dividers between chairs to stop cross-contamination between customers, and they make all customers use hand sanitiser upon entry. Will definitely be coming here more often!

He took his time to cut my hair and he styled them very well. Not to mention that the place is very clean and in line with Covid-19 government guidelines. Will go back soon.

I've been going to Kings Barberz for more than two years and the quality of service is just unlike anywhere else. Riadh is a true pro and makes sure you walk out looking fresh. Honestly, people have asked me several times which barber I go to. I'm always happy to tell them it's at this place. Besides from great haircut's they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They know you by your name and are always genuinely interested in what you have been up to since you last visited. So overall, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
