I was very impressed with all the staff with outstanding customer service care as soon as I stepped in. The hairdresser was amazing and professional. She makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I was recommended this salon by a friend. So happy to find such a cute and cosy salon. I usually feel really intimidated when I visit salons in Central London, however this salon really makes you feel at home. Loved my hair colour and blow dry. Amazing, genuine 5* customer service - professional, friendly and great attention to detail. I felt welcome and looked after without feeling hassled. Both Shireen and Lynn (sorry if I've spelled your names wrong!) did such a good job helping me when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Colour came out really natural-looking. Really good experience and would recommend.

Service was absolutely spot on! From noting down to how I like my tea to making sure I was connected to wifi, to supplying me with a portable pink charger that matched the Decore ( very cute) and then an amazing cut and blow dry by the stylist Nicola who did a fantastic job couldn’t be happier with the cut also told me how to regularly maintain my hair ... didn’t try to sell me anything like salons usually do only advised me what I need to do ... I really felt at home . Thank you Nicolas will definitely be coming back to being pampered like that !

I struggle massively with finding a good hair stylist who actually knows hair, I have super long, thick hair but it was no issue for Nicholas and Shiren who were both amazing, I got a wash, cut and blow dry and I’m super pleased ! I will most definitely be returning ! I’d love to upload a picture but I don’t have that option !
