The hair stylist (Jean? Yan? Sorry I'm not sure how to spell the name:) ) did a great job getting my brassy hair to a beautiful crisp icy blonde as I wanted. A month later, I'm still happy with my colour (easy to maintain at home with toner drops as the base is so good). The rest of the team also seem friendly and good, during my stay there I saw lots of customers leaving the place happy :)

Came to leave a review as for the first time ever I have left a salon feeling so impressed and happy with the cut and colouring JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND BLENDING OH MY GOD. The colouring in particular is just beyond AMAZING I can't thank them enough!! I was shocked to see a recent review below just now which I think is a complete misrepresentation of this amazing salon!!!!! If I had read that before going, I probably wouldn't have gone as she made it sound so dreadful!! I'm so glad I did not read that before as I would of missed out MAJORLY. I had booked my appointment through the owner of the place (I think Emi is her name), I had to reschedule so when messaging to let her know, she advised she was not going to be there on that day, however she was so sweet and thoughtful actually remembered to message me to see how everything went as I had told her of bad experiences before. She said if I was not happy with it she would be happy to sort it out so I literally have no idea what this other person is going on about no other hair salon as looked after me in the same way literally EVER. All of the other staff members were so friendly too and professional, even bought me coffee from costa??!!!! I don't usually leave lengthy reviews but I just had to as I am soooooooo gobsmacked at the previous review it sounds a little personal? I am so happy with my hair and service I am never going anywhere else again!! the pictures speak for themselves would definitely recommend!!! I honestly think that some people need to realise that hair CAN go wrong depending on their hair health and under colours etc, and it can be easily resolved with a refund or fixing it?? This happens on rare occasions at all salons no matter where you go so I honestly don't understand the spitefulness, some salons don't even offer refunds or option to fix it if client is not happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! will be back for other treatments too, literally felt like home thank you so much! Very happy client everyone is asking me where I have done my hair as it looks amazingggggggggg in real life so happy

First day that salons have been open since lockdown, and I went in for a haircut at 9am so they were very busy! This didn't seem to faze any of the staff there, as they were all so warm and welcoming. (The stylist was late to the appointment, but that didn't bother me - completely understandable given how early/busy it was). The owner and stylists were so attentive, listened to how I wanted my hair done (stylist happily made adjustments according to what I wanted along the way), and the prices are so reasonable! I came out with a lovely new haircut, just how I wanted it, and I won't be going anywhere else for my hair :)

Love my Brazilian blow dry ! Everyone was super friendly great customer service , this salon isn't local to me , but this will be my go to salon ! ♥️

Amazing transformation every time! The staff are always friendly, kind, attentive, and informative. They manage expectations perfectly and have never let me walk out dissatisfied. I entered the salon with about 3 inches of regrow that from a scalp bleach and left with a gorgeous head of beautifully blended blonde highlights and beachy waves

I HIGHLY recommend Luxe Beauty. I feel like I couldn’t go anywhere else’s now because of the results I got. I have always wanted blond balayaged hair but haven’t had it done as I was always to scared to go to the hairdressers. Yesterday I took the plunge and booked myself in. The hair dresser listened to what I wanted, I showed him photos but I could instantly tell he knew what he was doing and so I trusted him. Not only was he lovely to chat to, very accommodating and attentive, he made my hair my dream hair. I honestly am so happy and it was worth every penny. The colour was blended beautifully and the my new hair cut frames my hair exactly how I wanted. I will be back 100%! I wish I remembered his name, but he is a lovely gentleman from Greece!

The appointment was amazing from start to finish, from the minute we arrived all the staff were really friendly and attentive. Manager asked what i wanted to drink straightaway and got us settled in quickly, even moving our appointment forward because we were early. Ferda was amazing! I hadnt had a wax in a year and had been shaving instead, so I expected it to be painful, but Ferda was so quick and professional it hardly hurt at all!!! This place is such good value, I will definitely come back again.

Re- reviewing following new ownership. I was sceptical and I considered moving on. Have been a few times now since the new owner Emi tool over and honestly.....it's the same great service, the same family vibe. Umberto is still there (I was super happy) but Emi is super lovely also. And they now do massage and laser hair removal (exciting). Thanks again guys....see you all soon I love this Salon. Mimosa and Umberto are amazing. You are made welcome (like family) from the moment you arrive all the way through your treatment. Thank you so much for squeezing me in at such short notice in time for my Christmas party. You guys are the best!!!

I have been coming to this hairdresser for 2 years now, I am happy with their work ethic, although it could be better. Everyone is nice and welcoming, never had an issue. There’s a good balance between what you get done and how much you pay for it.

I had my hair highlighted and cut by Giovanni what an amazing hairdresser he spent time asking about colour showing me different shades and he also gave me the most amazing hair cut I would 100% recommend absolutely amazing. Thank you so much

Flora and her colleagues are simply the best; friendly, welcoming and very flexible with appointments (I tend to call last minute, after work and weekends for waxing/threading treatments). Got beautiful, natural-looking balayage colouring done by specialist Dmitri. Was aiming for a natural result to enhance my own hair colour and he did a great job! Those that have not seen me in a long while now tend to think my hair is just sunkissed. The waves he added for a pretty final touch only lasted a few hours, but it was a busy day with humid/rainy weather and I had no special event to go to so no harm done. Absolutely love them!
