M. S.Wonderful salon, highly accommodating to our last min booking for three little girls. Treated my little lady with professionalism, a real salon treatment. Great hair cut, Jess was fantastic. Would definitely book again
L. J. H.I’ve been a few times and had my hair cut by a lovely girl called Jessy and it has been fantastic every time. She’s very kind and really listens to what I need.
M. M.My nails were very pretty but she was quite aggressive with nail filing and cutting my cuticles. I’ve had nail artists do the same thing and blame it on me but a professional service would not
leave a customer bleeding. My cuticles are really sore and I didn’t like how they left the price until the end. £50 for gel is ridiculously overpriced, and some of the nails are not straight around the edges. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I wanted ombre initially and she couldn’t even do that. Pretty nails designs but too overpriced and painful!!

A. A.Got a Bob haircut. The results were good. However she didn't really understand the way in which I wanted to cut my fringes. Also whilst giving me a blow out she used a very high temperature and was burning my head. She was quite rough. I don't think I will be cutting my hair here again

R. A.I visited this place earlier today, I booked the appointment two days ago, it was really easy to book. Me and my 22 month old daughter got our hair cut today. Was very happy with the results. Very professional and they made sure I was happy with the length of the hair before cutting it. Lovely lady name jessie cut my hair and lovely lady name Maryam cut my daughters hair, very nice and polite, I loved how they were so accommodating to women who wear hijab, they provided a screen for me for privacy and it’s all women in the salon, they really make you feel comfortable and the decor of the place is really nice. Will definitely be returning to this salon.

L. C.The staff was very polite and friendly and the salon nice. During my Hollywood wax I mentioned at least a couple of times that it was too hot. It was scalding. I was told that some people feel it more than others.
Well the result is that I have red sores where my thighs meet the body and am in discomfort. Trying to resolve it with aloe vera gel and hoping it will help. If not I guess I will need to be seen by a medic.
Shame really as it was my first time there and really liked the salon.

S.I have been visiting Maryam Hair and Beauty for almost three years now and I can't speak highly enough of this salon. This is the only place I trust to cut my hair as the ladies working there actually LISTEN to what you want instead of doing what they think is best. All the beauty treatments are excellent value for money - the eyebrow waxing/threading is great, Shellac & manicures are done professionally. They offer many different treatments all at very reasonable prices - I will not go anywhere else. They have recently refurbished the salon and it looks great. Staff are very friendly too.

The salon is absolutely fine, it was pretty quiet when I was there at 3:45 on a Friday. Everything was super punctual and I will definitely come back.
L. H.Maryam is a very good hairdresser. She's done my roots and cut my hear a couple of times now, and I am very happy with the result and with the price. She listens to what her customers want and acts accordingly. Also her advice is solid. I recently brought a friend who wanted another hairstyle. Maryam took one look at the picture and half an hour later my friend walked out with hair exactly as shown in the picture.

I had a perm done and it came out better than expected. She gave me after treatment advice and suggested good products for after care. I highly recommend this salon! She definitely knows what she’s doing.
C. K.I normally have a 5* experience at maryams however this time it was a little stressful. My nails were not shaped nicely, I asked for square but didn't like how Sharp the square was so asked them to round the edges. This was the end of the day and the staff wanted to go home which I felt bad about but as I had a pedi before and then a mani with shellac on both hands and feet this took a long time. The nail technician made both my toes and fingers bleed while removing the cuticle. This happen on 4 fingers.
While looking at my nails now shellac is done nice however the shaping is not great, the filing is done very bent, its slanted which I will have to fix when I go home.
S. B.I've been a regular Client to Maryam hair and beauty since they have opened. I haven't been disappointed in the treatments that they provide. I love how they always put their clients needs and requirements before anything else. They always go extra miles to please the clients and this is something I always look for whenever I go to any new places. I love the body treatments at Maryam's especially the full body massage and facial. Also, I'm looking forward to my full head highlights for my wedding🤗. This is the only salon I go to in east London. I would highly recommend Maryam hair and beauty.
S. H.I used to live in Whitechapel and this was the nearest salon to me that looked decent.
1st time: root touch and hair cut - it was amazing, maryam herself used her own initiative to somehow balayage my hair dark brown (on top) and light brown (on the bottom).
I loved it. Yeah
2nd time: root touch up and haircut, along with a facial (forgot which one).
Once again, amazing, both treatments were amazing. Maryam did my hair again and someone else did my finishing blow dry
3rd time (6/02/19): root touch up, haircut, shellac nail soak off and neck, shoulder and back massage.
I promise you it was a 5 star experience!
Maryam was unable to be there to do my hair therefore her colleagues did it for me. My profile card was missing and they didn’t k ow which hair colour to use on me but they decided and my haircut is so amazing and perfect. Massage was amazing and I was able to sleep at night.
Even though I live far now, I will still be going there because their services are incredible. These ladies work hard and actually care for their clients.

P. D.I had my roots & highlights done the first time & it was so good, even my friends complimented me on it. Ive been back several times for highlights & gold wash & have also had eyebrow threading and tint. I thought I had booked a wax, but can't recall.
Service has always been friendly. Only had to wait once for 15min

K. P.Getting my nails done is one of those things I cant really afford but I desperately crave. This means that I end up going to different salons in London doing their groupon deals, often not very successfully. I came across this salon on a groupon deal. Fatima did my nails and I have been going back ever since! I get a shellac or gelish polish, my hands feel amazing, she takes so much care over them and they last for 4 weeks minimum. Best prices in London too! Highly recommended!
