What can I say. Pure class. You need to book in advance and you will really see why when your finished. Such a professional service. No turning up and still waiting at your appointment time. No screw face hairdressers. What a breath of fresh air. Mica clearly know her stuff well and is very hygienic, plenty of sterilising of tools and work space. Drove from Romford heat in the height of the petrol fiasco and was not disappointed. But then knew I wouldn’t be after looking on Instagram page. The pictures speak for themselves. I left a happy dad and my son an even happier child. Highly recommend and they now have 4 new customers from my family. Thank you Mica Nicole. 🙏🏿🙏🏿

I have had quite an interesting experience with the Salon. I booked myself in for a silk press+trim after I discovered the salon on my way home and got excited to have a black hair salon in my area. The stylist was lovely. I felt that she cared for the health of my hair and gave me very useful advise. After washing my hair out after the silk press I discovered that my hair had changed. I am natural and went from having 4C/4B hair to almost 3B/3C. I also had straight strands throughout my hair which could only be heat damage. I was ofc not really happy with that. Once I had discovered this, I called the salon to tell them of what had happened. Initially they did not handled the matter in a professional manner however, after speaking to the owner, she immediately took matters into her own hands, called me to find out what happened and booked me in for a consultation and complimentary treatment. I truly appreciated that as I felt valued. I can see that my hair has improved after the treatment. It is not 100% back and my curls are still loose compared to what they used to be. I do however not have as many straight strands anymore. I am all for supporting black businesses and initially got disappointed with how it was handled in the beginning when I first reported it considering that I had a great experience on my first visit. Mica Nicole's hair salon truly redeemed themselves for me and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. It also made me more comfortable to revisit them again after seeing the care Mica gave in order to restore my hair back to what it was.

A very warm welcome greeted me by all the team. The salon is small so there is no waiting around for your appointment to start and finish promptly. Very accommodating were possible too. Do ensure you have an appointment as you aren't guaranteed to be seen as a walk in client. (2 people had to be turned away whilst I was there as they were fully booked) Veronica gave me the best relaxer I've had in a long time. My scalp is intact and not sore or scabby. I will be back when my roots need doing again. A completely random bonus was a Krispy Kreme doughnut (a client had brought a box in to be shared - Thanking you kindly) Prices are priced fairly. Overall a good experience.

I can not thank Mandy enough for her outstanding professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to ensure that not only I looked good but my bridesmaids did also. Really really love the personalised 1 to 1 Service . Having someone listen to what’s going on with your hair and making you feel like an individual. They really value their customers and it is evident in the Service you receive . I got a great cut and style and now go back every two weeks for my treatments my hair is looking extra healthy and growing fast!!!
