E. H.First visit here and had stylist Jack who was absolutely lovely! Gave me great suggestions for my hair, as I wanted to keep the length but it was also very dry, shaped it well around my face shape and even showed me some techniques so I can blow dry it at home myself. f. w.I usually get my hair done in their Balham branch, however they were fully booked so I thought i'd give their Wandsworth branch a go... and i'm SO happy I did! They were all so welcoming and attentive. I went in asking for more of an ashy / slightly darker blonde. Agata is so talented, she highlighted my hair and created a 'root shadow' to give me a result better than what I could have asked for! The The assistant who washed my hair did an amazing job and head massage is always a bonus (thank you Casey!) Will deffo be coming back!!!

L. D.I am so happy I followed the advice from Nextdoor Neighbour and chose to have my hair cut here. Meagan was so lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted, she was friendly and attentive. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but now I won’t go anywhere else and have booked for balayage in six weeks time. Honestly I don’t understand the bad reviews, if your looking for a welcoming friendly salon then book here you won’t be disappointed.

A. W.Until I started coming to Michelle Louise in Balham I was a serial changer of hairdressers. Not anymore! I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service and general awesomeness of the team - they're truly exceptional and I now look forward to my regular appointments. I even sent my 80 year old Mum to them and she was treated like a Queen (obviously she's not quite as old as the real one but her hair looks just as good!). I thoroughly recommend giving them a try. I'm sure you'll be a convert like me.

Over the years I’ve changed my style many times (most recently I chopped it all off and am now rocking a blunt bob which I love!) and have never been disappointed.
The staff are always so friendly and accommodating too, and they really do listen to what it is I’m after.
