It's a clean place with affordable prices and it's great to be able to walk in to get a haircut without an appointment. I've been twice and both times I've been very happy with the service provided by the hairdressers who cut my hair, Ivan and Rachel. With my last haircut, Rachel checked that I was happy with what she was doing.

Have been there a few times now and I can't complain. I've never had to wait much and the service provided is good. They recently increased the prices of the skinfade but £10 is still a great price. I will definitely be coming back 😊

I have been a customer for over 4 years, have known some of the staff that was at the previous location closer to Camden Town station. I recently went for a haircut as I always do. There was a new face & I had been out of the country for over 5 months. I had my usual haircut, no skin faded, no wash, just a plain haircut. The Romanian/Bulgarian chap that was doing it took me to the till and I got ready to pay the usual 6 pounds. He then asked for £12 which of course I asked him as to why and said it had to be a mistake as I always pay the same and have done so for the past X amount of years. He said it was a new policy and started getting a bit agitated saying I didn't appreciate his work and what he'd done, etc. I really didn't want to argue but the fact that he was clearly overcharging and probably keeping the money to himself made me realise that there is definitely no control over what is going on with the new hairdressers or just enough training or professionalism from them. I mentioned this to a hairdresser that has been there for over 3 years and he confirmed that customers have complained about the same experience and being overcharged when the person previously mentioned does their hair. I would definitely appreciate if something is done about this! For every customer that has gone through the same experience and to improve the way new staff do things when nobody is around. Thanks!

Good service by experienced people at very moderate rate. Cut at 6 £ cut and wash at 10£.Sometimes particularly in evening you may have to wait but worth waiting.
