I have been a customer for some time now, and every time I go it is better. David has been great, and I have had my hair straightened twice so far. Yuko straightening works. It leaves your hair straight and healthy, no need to blow dry it. It simply leaves your hair straight. It is not a relaxer which is great for my unruly curls. Excellent product and service!. In additional occasions he helped me transition from long hair to a short, stylish bob. It is great to know we have such a lovely, high quality salon in the neighborhood. Very happy with the experience. After a few disastrous hair experience, I think I’ve finally found my new hair place. The salon is very nice, spacious and clean. Ggreat to see NAYA open again. I had my hair colour and cut to the exceptional standards as usual. I have been a customer since the salon opened and always appriciated the very professional hair cut and later the amazing color. I wanted to leave a comment now on how impressed I am with all the effort this salon has put in place to protect the customer and its staff from COVID. Being just a few days after Hair salons are allowed to open again with COVID, Naya's team has put a lot much effort in to make this a save and super clean space. The cutting stations have been reduced. The washbasin stations have been isolated with glass sheets. When you go NAYA staff will first take your temperature, then you need to clean your hands using a cool touch free sanitizer and then you need to sign in a book with your contact details. For mutual protection, the hairdressers wear face masks and a visor (which must be uncomfortable). The covers you get to protect your clothes are only used once. After each customer, chair and table surfaces are disinfected. I am usually quite an anxious person when it comes to health and I was worried before I left my home. But at no moment did I feel uncomfortable at NAYAs. Plus, it was nice to see the staff who was in today and hear how happy they were to be back at work.

Great salon! I have been here twice now and have seen Matt both times. He does a great job with cut and color (especially for blondes). The staff is all very friendly and offer you coffee/drinks as soon as you arrive. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to Naya over many years. This is the best hairdresser I ever had, having tried many before. The cuts are extremely professional and they are experts in colour. The service is friendly. I am always made feel welcome and special. I completely trust Naya with my cut and colour and I get regular complements from people about my hair.

Matt at the Chelsea and Fulham hair salon has been my stylist for approximately 5 years prior to him joining the NAYA team. I am so happy with the way that he looks after my hair that I trek across town for him to cut and colour it on a regular basis. I recently had some highlights put into my brown hair and they look amazing and natural. A lot of stylists always overdo highlights but Matt is always more concerned about the condition of your hair rather than just doing something to make money. He is always friendly and puts you at ease and nothing is too much for him. You never feel rushed and he spends his time with just you. Most salons are like a conveyor belt where you feel you are being pushed out the door because the next customer has arrived. He always listens to what you want and will give you sound advice. If he thinks something will be detrimental to the condition of hair he will not be keen to make the change and tell you that. I always leave with a smile on my face and my hair feeling vibrant. I've been using this salon with Hiro for over 10 years. Its professional and modern ensuring my look remains current. The beauty therapists are great and reasonably priced. So why not 5 stars? No online booking system makes it hard for me up book and plan especially during busy work day.

I had a hair cut , highlights and keratin treatment with Matt. My hair has never looked better. I couldn't believe it was possible for my hair to look so good and healthy again after damaging it for years in bad salons. I wish everyone knew about this place so people stop paying "stylists" who don't have enough skills and knowledge. I am happy with results every time! Kaho was so lovely, really attentive, really tried to understand what I wanted. I never leave happy usually but totally did. So happy with my colour and watching her cut was mesmerizing. So I had the deep condition and blow dry I didn’t have an appointment, but was able to be seen in between clients The stylists are all super knowledgeable and even add hair care advice that you can bolt on without all the products That being said - I’ll be getting the SteamPod replenishing smoothing cream And taking away tips to straighten my hair in smaller sections I leave feeling I have ‘super breezy eazy hair’ Hair flick and out 😃
