I have been in this beautiful place last week and it was amazing! Shelana is a excellent professional and she treated me with love and kindness. I felt like in a ad spa when she washed my head. I arrived with a really dry and damaged hair and went out with a beautiful cut and my curls are back. Also I am vegan and they have lots of haircare products for us. Definitely I'll back soon

I booked into Rococo as I wanted to find a vegan hair salon and support them during this difficult time. I had a cut and blow dry booked. The service was absolutely brilliant. My stylist, Anna, was kind, friendly, professional, genuine and so supportive. She was approachable and understanding towards my ideas about my hair and made excellent suggestions. I got a beautiful haircut and am so happy with the look and with Anna’s guidance - especially as I got quite a lot of hair taken off! She truly is a skilled stylist and a fantastic communicator. The salon is beautiful and has a calm vibe that maintains privacy (no wide open windows with people looking in at you having your hair cut!!). I loved the delicious peppermint tea and biscuits. All in all, it was worth the trek to Rococo and was a real treat. I’m looking forward to seeing Anna and the Rococo team again and supporting their business in the future 🌱

I’ve been to Rococo I think four times now and I have to absolutely praise them for each and every single visit. It’s utterly consistent and I’m always really impressed and so happy (!!) with the results. Shelana gives me the best and most flattering short haircuts and highlights I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to some really good hairdressers in the past). The colouring products at Rococo are beautiful - very natural, uplifting and seem to last forever, plus they are organic. It’s a warm and welcoming stylish salon with a relaxed atmosphere. In fact, the time just stops and it feels like a spa treatment is packed in as well. Thank you - I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. I hope you will always be there!

First time at rococo, so special to be vegan and non toxic. After hours, my blend-in balayage looks amazing, so natural, how I wanted. It was definitely worth the travel, will be back to refresh!

Before I found this salon, by the time I needed roots coloured, orange and yellow tones appeared. They fixed it for me, I had very nice natural brunette coloured a month ago and still very good. Very knowledgeable stylists and relaxed salon. Definitely recommend this salon. Coming back for roots done very soon.

Had an amazing experience at Rococo and special thanks to Shelana who was exceptionally brilliant! Shelana did my roots & re-worked the balayage although it was done somewhere else. My family are very pleased with the results, so thank you, Shelana! I’ll surely be visiting them for some pampering time and would recommend the salon.

Best! I'm pregnant, didn't want chemical hair dye any more. They explained every step of the way. I had lovely balayage with roots coloured perfectly. patch test is obligatory and they can only colour after 1st trimester. Recommended highlight/balayage cos less colour touches my scalp for even safer hair colouring. Happy they care!

Overmoon with wonderful haircut and my beautiful new highlights courtesy of Aga. Was recommended by a friend to come here and have been very happy. Aga helped me decide on colour choice and gave great advise. Looks so natural and great compliments so far! I haven’t had hair highlighted for years, quite a different experience, no smells! Lovely.

While I got a great cut, there are some things they need to improve. Firstly, mention the skin test, I wasn't warned about it, found out when I got there. Secondly, the customer service. For the prices you charge, customer service needs to be improved. I was getting cut by a lady named Agis (I'm very sorry if I misspelled the name). She wasn't very clear with what she wanted me to do, kind of condescending at times, I felt really awkward in that chair for most of the time, so naturally, I didn't want to come back.
