I don’t normally leave reviews but Hayley McKee done such a fantastic job with my balayage and hair cut today I had to leave her 5 stars. Hayley normally works at the Piccadilly shop but is currently working in Clapham Junction, the hair colour was exactly what I wanted and the hair cut was amazing. I have very thick, long hair and have really struggled to find someone that can give me a cut and colour I liked. I went on a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. The ladies were all in full PPE and were very professional about cleaning after each customer. I would highly recommend!

Wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been having my hair cut by Lauren G for the past 10 years and wouldn't even think, let alone dream,of going anywhere else. I go every 6 weeks and my hair has never been better! Lauren knows exactly what I like, dislike and what I want, and she always offers advice on maintenance as and when I need. I've not had many hairdressers (given how long I've been coming here), but Lauren has been the best by far! She helped get my hair in a good place from my previous hairdresser who almost destroyed my hair :( Love all the staff at Rush too. Always greeted with a smile and good conversation and I always have the best shampooist & massage whilst there. Couldn't recommend it, Lauren especially, enough! x

This is the best salon in Clapham Junction. As a local, I have tried nearly all of the salons in the area and I gladly come back here. I have difficult, thick Mediterranean hair which not everyone can manage, but several of the staff have made sure I walk out looking fabulous. I must make special mention of Sara however: she has magical hands! I come in with a mess of hair and she makes sure I leave the salon with beautiful, Botticelli curls every time. She does such great work that I regularly get compliments every single time. In fact, nothing and no one makes me feel as beautiful as I feel after Sara has had her hands on my hair! I'd be lost without her... I want to also make a separate point about the staff, as people - not just their talented skills. Everyone there is so nice. When appointment times have (rarely) fallen through they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. And, when I had an incident which left me unable to raise my arms for several weeks, they very kindly let me come in just for a hair wash (which I was physically unable to do myself at the time) - even if I didn't request any of their other services. I will always remember that kindness and understanding. Their next door neighbor and competitor a few feet away handled themselves as if they were too good to offer such a service. These are good, kind people that treat their customers - most of which are returning locals - like extended family and this is part of why they provide such amazing customer experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

Danielle is just AMAZING! I was a bit nervous about getting my haircut somewhere new. She sat me down and chatted it through so that it was clear what i wanted and suggested some suggested which she thought she'd suit. She was so friendly and made me completely feel at ease. Honestly cannot recommend her enough! She was confident, calm & friendly - what more could you want. She also did a wonderful blow dry. What a wonderful way to spend a Tuesday evening. Book her NOW! Great local hair salon. I've been visiting Kristine every six weeks or so for the past couple of years and am very satisfied with her work on my hair. The staff are also all really lovely and accommodating when I bring my new baby in. Also worth noting is that the chairs at the hair washing stations are super comfy, which is not something I can say for a lot of salons!

I had a fabulous experience this evening. I had a little technical difficulty and Safiya at reception called me the morning after I booked online. She was really helpful and really did her best to rectify the technical error and make sure that I had the right amount of time so the treatment came as I wanted. Laylah was the stylist who did my hair and she was also super friendly, gave me good advise and I felt really welcome and looked after. I am excited to see how my brazillian blow-dry in a couple of days. I will be back in a month! Thank you ladies x

I choose it because it is a Kerastase salon. Had a trim and blow dry nothing too complicated. Probably wouldn’t come here again. Mediocre service, super old towels.

For years I have struggled with my hair but that has changed after working with Laylah. She knows what's best suited for my hair type and my style. My latest appointment was almost two weeks ago and I'm still so happy with the result. I could not recommend her enough. Originally went into the salon for a consultation to speak about having a balayage on my hair as it’s short so I was unsure as to how this would look, after being greeted by a very friendly receptionist I spoke to my stylist who ran through so many options of colour on my hair. We chose to do soft balayage that looked like grown out highlights to suit my shoulder length bob !! The staff were absolutely lovely !!! Gave me refreshments, very friendly and always made sure I was looked after!! fantastic service with fantastic people!! 5 star!!!!

This place is wonderful and I cant wait for it to open up again. Emma has been looking after my hair since the moment I walked in with an emergency (I had a boshed haircut from another establishment) and rescued me! That was now about a year ago and thanks to Emma and her amazing skills I have dared to go crazy with my hair styles and love the results she gives me in every single visit. Had my first visit at Rush Hair Salon and was throughly impressed with their professionalism. I was unsure if they would be able to help me as I'm didn't think I was part of their usual clientele being a black man with dreadlocks. However a young stunningly attractive lady named Laylah accepted the challenge!!!!!! I got a fade, beard shape and dreads washed along with a beer of my choice, heaven sent and my view was spectacular (wink wink) but all jokes aside was a great experience and will be booking in again . Oh and I was a bit sceptical when told to close my eyes during the hair washing process but have to say it makes such a difference and the treatment........wow

Had another excellent haircut and colour at Rush with Lauren R, they are always so lovely and listen to what you want, plus the atmosphere is great. There was a misunderstanding about pricing at the end, but Connor was very accommodating and changed it to what I'd be quoted no problem, really great service from a lovey guy. I have been coming to Rush in Clapham junction for about a year, after a bad experience at a different salon that left my hair very damaged. I was introduced to Layla who has been my hairdresser ever since. Laylas attention to detail is second to none. She takes the time to sit down before each appointment to go through your requirements. Layla will always do whats best for your hair too! Shes super cool and really friendly and does a fab hairwash! All the staff are sweet and have always been nice. Romena who is front of house is lovely and always makes me feel very welcome and offering me a drink as soon as I step in the door. I have been coming here for a year and will continue to do so!
