Got a deal voucher off an online website advertised as a wash, cut, conditioning treatment and blow dry - probably about 70% off in total which would have been a fantastic deal. The manager was alright, took my coat and everything but practically ignored me after that, just passed me off to my stylist - an Italian bloke who didn't speak much English. I got a thorough and comfortable wash, all very relaxing. He seemed a bit nervous which indicated he must be rather new to the industry, but he made up for it by being quite cautious as he cut my hair, checking lengths and comparing the layers at regular intervals; I got a good cut - nothing complicated as I'm growing it out so I just wanted some layers put in and the whole of it evened up. He finished this off by asking if I wanted it blow dried straight or curly and as my hair is wavy, I asked for him to enhance that and I ended up with a lovely blow dry style to finish, a great portion of which the manager suddenly realized he'd paid me no attention whatsoever (hadn't even introduced himself) and proceeded to pay me loads of compliments ...and no conditioning treatment. Wasn't even asked. Considering how much I paid, I don't really mind but I won't be back. The entire experience was ho-hum and worth about as much as I paid, to be honest. For me to return and dish out full price, they certainly should have convinced me it would be worth it.

First time I've been to this branch, booked online at the last minute and managed to get an appointment on the same day. Had a lengthy conversation with the stylist about what I wanted, very friendly, didn't feel rushed into making a decision and she advised me on what was and wasn't possible. Wasn't sure what to expect but she did a fantastic job. I even got a glass of wine while my hair was being done. The nice thing was I'd booked quite late in the day and sometimes when that happens you can see the stylist looking at the clock but I didn't feel rushed at all, despite having changed my original plan with the new one taking longer to do. I'm usually quite picky with hairdressers and stick to the same one so, having moved to London a few months ago, I was a bit nervous about finding a new one but I will definitely be going back. Cost less than I thought it would too which was the icing on the cake!

Thank you so much for my great new hair Rosie. These guys take time & really listen to your concerns etc. And then perform magic!! The salon is not a place of great beauty but I'm much more concerned with getting a great colour & hair cut. After all you keep that for 5 weeks!!

Expensive but well worth it. I had my haircut by 3 different hairdressers here who all did a great job. It also has a nicer atmosphere than some of the leading competitors.
Consistently good haircuts.
