I’ve had the best experience going for a haircut with the lovely Jasmin. Even though she’s still doing her training, this was the best haircut I’ve ever had!! I have never left a salon being this happy with my hair. She was very professional, veryyyy attentive to details, gave me good advise on what could look good and what not etc. She was amazing!✂️

Sabrina is the best hairdresser in London. Her colouring technique is flawless and her cuts are beautiful. She has a huge amount of experience and every time I see her I know my hair is in very good hands. I can't recommend her enough.

I had a wonderful haircut from Jasmin, to start with she asked me what type of haircut I wanted, I straight my hair every single day but Jasmin did something different and I LOVE IT!!! She was very professional and I couldn't recommend Jasmin highly enough. I will DEFINITELY come back to this wonderful salon.

The best hairdresser in London! In particular, Karolina is the most amazing colourist and a genuine expert. She saved my hair after a bad experience at another salon, fit me in at short notice, and was always honest about what was/wasn’t possible. So grateful to have found her, and all the other lovely people at Sano. The end result of my hair is over and above what I ever thought was possible and Karolina knew exactly what to do to achieve what I wanted.

Taka is the best! No one in the 5 countries I have lived in has come close to Taka in looking after my hair. I have been going to him for almost 10 years now no matter where I have lived. He understands your hair, will honestly tell you the pros & cons related to your hair texture when you have any wild ideas (I have curly, thick hair, wanted a fringe and also wear it straight). Despite having worked with some very high-profile clients, in all my 10 years, every time I see him, he treats me as the most important person in the room and listens earnestly to what I want and need and gives me what I came for. He even came in early one day to accommodate me on my birthday! What I also love is he isn't into fads, doesn't try to sell you anything and tries to keep your hair true to itself because for him less is more. Hard to come by. Plus, he is lovely and super cool:D

Always have a great experience at Sano. Staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Very nice atmosphere. I have my colour done by Angelica and wouldn't go to anyone else now. She always gives great advice about what will look good and is always right. Very knowledgeable and professional. Marc does my cut and is really amazing. Works wonders with my frizzy hair and the cut is always just what I have asked for, and so precise. Plus, always have a right laugh with him. Highly recommend this salon.

I went to Sano after having a bad haircut at another salon the previous day. I was really nervous about getting my haircut again. My appointment was with Hitomi who straight away put me at ease. She was so lovely and spent time talking about how exactly I would want my hair cut. I have very thick long hair and I have had trouble in the past with stylists not knowing how to deal with it. She had so much knowledge on how on the best way to cut and style my hair, I had total confidence in her. The salon has a really lovely vibe to it and everyone was really friendly and relaxed. I had one of the best haircuts and I would highly recommend Sano. Thank you again to Hitomi she was amazing.

I visited as a ‘model’ for a free haircut as part of one of the hairdressers’ training. Despite the fact that I was not a paying customer I was still treated like one. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I felt really well looked after. The cut itself was exceptional, Angelica is clearly dedicated to her work and spent a good amount of time ensuring that my cut was done to a very high standard. I had coloured my hair blue the day before so she ended up with blue hands by the end but didn’t make me feel bad at all, she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I would recommend the salon to anyone looking for a high quality cut and outstanding customer service.

Her attention to detail is second to none and every visit feels like a treat. I have really short hair and have tried many different hairdressers who have all interpreted the pixie cut in their own way but Claire is the first one I've met who actually nails it. I have just had my haircut with Sabrina. I have found this place via Google and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a go. Best haircut ever and overall great experience. At the beginning I got a relaxing hair wash from Jenny, then was offered a drink and had my haircut with Sabrina. All of these for a very good price. I am a very happy customer and will most definitely return in few months time for another haircut! I cannot recommend enough!

Been going to Marc for years, I wouldn't go to anyone else, he's literally the best hairdresser ever. I have super long and REALLY thick hair, he's been the only person ever to manage to tame it and do it justice. Claire does the very best highlights in London. I work in celebrity make-up and have seen a lot of highlights. I have also had my hair done by Jo Hansford who is supposed to be the best for celebrity blondes at HUGE expense, was terrible compared to Claire. I have followed her for 10 years. I often get my hair done (blow dry etc) by lots of different people and they always exclaim that my highlights are amazing. They are really close together and tight to the scalp. It looks like your hair grows out of your head like that. I have followed her from salon to salon, some that were lovely and some not so much but I don't care if I get my hair done in a barn, I don't really care about coffee and decor, as long as my hair is fabulous. She recently moved to this vibrant salon which is not a barn, it is very nice with very cool vibe.

If you're looking for an amazing colour transformation in a chilled and unpretentious salon environment, then Sano's the place. I have been coming here regularly for my colour fix with Angelica (colourist extraordinaire). She has a great eye for colour and works her magic effortlessly, and the outcome never disappoints. Apart from the great service, everyone at the salon is so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Sano, and more specifically Angelica if you need help with a complete overhaul or a little freshening up with your hair colour.

I live in Angel and passed SANO many times. I tried once and have been going ever since. Very nice salon. Great Decor and lovely staff. The hairdresser that takes care of me is a true artist. Very talented and creative. Didn't really have a clear idea of what I wanted and she came up with the hairstyle I've been wearing ever since :) Her name is Sabrina. I recommend her 100%. A few months ago, a shop assistant in Angel told me about “Sano”. She had an incredibly flattering haircut which prompted me to ask her about her hairdresser. At Sano, Taka cut my hair and he knew exactly what to do with it. I think Sano has got it! They give you a warm welcome, a genuine interest in what you want to do with your hair and deliver the result better than you expected. Of course there is room for improvement but it is trivial. When your cut is so satisfactory, it is easy to dismiss little things!

I get my colour done here by Angelica who always does a great job. It is so nice to have a hairdresser that I know is going to get it right. Angelica is very good at listening and understanding what it is you want.

Really really enjoyed the Zatar Lamb meatball curry, really one of the best I ever had , perhaps would have been better if the meatballs were a tiny bit softer though. will defintely be getting lunch there more often
