Simone is by far the best stylist and colourist. He knows exactly what will work best. I am normally quite regimental when it comes to my hair. But he knows my hair better than me. I know I'm in safe hands with Simone. Tbh all the stylists are really lovely and forthcoming. I hear their recommendations and explanations and they really do understand what the client needs. I'll never go anywhere else.

i walked into that salon with really damaged hair, after years without being cut and with red dyes. I put myself in Olga's hands, Let her do what she wanted with my hair. and frankly it has exceeded my expectations, my hair has come back to life thanks to her. She has treated me very well and I leave really happy with the result, with the salon and especially with Olga.

Excellent services, very welcoming staff, and a pleasure to talk to them I just had my first Wash, Cut, and blow-dry with them and it was the best so far I had. Excellent services for the price, forget about the big salons, never had this experience with big salons. They gave me advice about the hair products I should use and how to dye my hair so I don't damage it. 100% would recommend!

I would recommend this salon. The staff were professional, friendly and polite, especially Dana who did my hair. She did a nice red/burgundy balayage for my hair-very skillful! Also her colleague was professional and friendly too, sorry, I didn't catch her name. They did my hair in the ladies only area called Discrete- really good for Muslim women, but the only thing I'd say is when the door of the ladies area would open, people from the street can see in, thankfully they had a border to put infront of the door which I had asked the staff to do and they did so. Thank you! I'll be coming back :)

Today was my first time at the salon. I honestly can't recommend the place enough. Tatiana was my stylist and was really attentive and continually checked if I was happy and comfortable during the process. I was also handed over to a few different stylists to wash and style my hair and they all did a fantastic job. The service was good value for money and I will be coming back here for my next treatment.

I came to Snip N Shape a couple of weeks ago and noticed a lot of new staff! I've got to say these new staff are brilliant! All so smiley and welcoming. I came for a cut and a toner. I felt safe as all Covid precautions were being adhered to. My stylist was Simone, he done an amazing job! Simone was supported by Diana, who washed my hair. She was very gentle and the experience was very relaxing! I've been to Snip N Shape in the past and did not have a good experience, the colouring was done badly and it seemed the stylist was just going through the motions and not caring about customer experience! But since coming again this month my mind has completely changed and I shall be back!! Thanks Simone and Diana, see you soon!

I moved into the Leyton area about two years ago and really wanted to find a good hairdressers where I could go back to over and over again. I was so fortunate to have a good wage at the time so paying high costs wasn't an issue for me as long as I knew I would get a great service. I came across a review of the top hairdressers in London and I went to first try Moose London Hair Salon in Clapton. I paid crazy prices to get a full head of balayage where I also asked them to make sure my few greys would be dyed over as I really didn't like them and after paying near £200 my balayage blend was awful and they never put a full colour dye on my roots, just a toner which ment all my greys were still fully on show. I was so disappointed and asked them to redo it and thank god the second time was better but I knew I would never go back. Months passed and I booked in with Tony and Guy in Stratford online for a cut (worth £65) and when I turned up they had told me their online system was broken and that there was no-one else that could cut my hair or rebook me for another time as they were very busy during Covid. I naturally was livid as no-one from Tony and Guy even tried to call me to let me know of the mistake. Never again would I go back! On my walk home I passed Snip N Shape and they looked really busy and from the window I could see their prices were really reasonable. I said I'd give them a go and they were so helpful and the customer service was excellent. They literally could see me the next day. I was so happy already. I got the manager called 'Tatianna' (she probable knew I was going to be a hard customer to please) she did wonders to my hair and I got a full head of colour and a cut for under £60. I looked like a new woman! All my greys were covered up and I was extremely happy with the service and her knowledge and recommendation was excellent.As they have great prices I feel like I can go a lot more frequently to get my hair done where as before I would only go bout 2/3 times a year. Also as I am half Korean to work with my hair is extremely difficult especially when it comes to colouring and dying. I would 100% recommend going to Tatianna. I haven't tried any of the other staff yet but from being in there they seem all friendly and I could over hear customers giving great feedback. I've just booked in again for a cut with Tatianna and can't wait to see what she does to my hair. Thank you Snip N Shape team for genuinely caring for your customers! See you on Monday:) From Kim

Highly recommended!!! I had my hair in awful conditions and I couldn't thank my hairdresser more for the excellent work she did, professionalism and amazing result!! Amazing nails once again! Tila consistently delivers great results with expertise and quality. Her willingness to recreate Pinterest designs and execute them well is one of many reasons I return and recommend to others. She is lovely, quick, and her manicures last for weeks! I had very damaged hair with a blonde hair color that I did by myself and went in the salon to go back to my natural hair color which is dark brown. The hairdresser did an absolute amazing job, she is also so sweet and caring. She did cut my hair, colored it, applied treatments and blow dried it and now my hair is all shiny, healthy and silky! I’m so happy with it and I definitely recommend it. If you go to the salon, ask for Kris, she took care of me to the perfection! Bless her 🌟

I am giving 5 stars for Sara ,the Spanish lady . I think she was the best hairstylist that this salon could have,honestly. She has technique and she know what she is doing. I heard that she left and I felt really disappointed. I am afraid ,honestly to try a different hairstylist at your salon because as people were saying,you have some beginners there. I have seen it with my own eyes. When I did my appointment ,by luck I got Sara. When I arrived for the haircut ,just standing and had a look around I was saying to myself after I have seen the other hairstylists that I am lucky to have this girl cutting my hair. Sara was training the other girls how to do it. To be honest you should reconsider to bring her back or at least to pay her and train the newest members of your staff. I am sure that you will have better reviews and success. Btw,I have been getting a haircut with Sara since I was pregnant. Very satisfied!! Bring her back 😂😂😂

I am coming here for many years now and my favourite stylist is Attila. He has many years of knowledge and professionalism behind him and always really friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my monthly sessions as he makes me laugh and leaves me with a beautiful hairstyle which also makes me feel pretty. I am always being offered refreshments and there are plenty magazines to keep me enterntained whilst I wait for my stylist to be free. I have never had a bad experience and the prices are fair for London prices- nothing out of the usual.

Very happy with the service I received from this salon. I have curly 3a type hair and didn't think they would know how to handle my hair but they did. I got it stripped of colour, cut and blow dried and I loved it. Just make sure you tell them what your specifically after. I wear a headscarf and the lady was even nice enough to take me to an empty room even though I didn't really mind lol. Very friendly and professional indeed.

I have been coming to snip and shape for years now to get my regular cut wash and blow-dry as well as a few occasional beauty treatments. Staff always look after me and never fail to disappoint! On two occasions I have done two drastic changes to my hair one was the ombré look this was a long process but honestly Sarah had done such an amazing job that I'm considering trying it again. The other was only last year when I decided to chop my hair off and rock a bob cut was a change but loved the end results! But I visit at least every few months just to get my "cut wash blow-dry" wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

I have been taking my kids into snip and shape for a while now. The staff are polite and cordial and have a lovely manner with the kids. They have always made sure they listen to what I want. The cuts have been lovely and a few times my girls have also had their hair styled beautifully (plaits etc). Once I wasn't completely satisfied with my sons hair cut, which can happen with any kind of service, so I returned the following day at which it was resolved straightaway with no questions asked. I have also had a manicure with Beatrice, whose customer service was lovely and she ensures she takes her time to offer you a service that you are completely satisfied with. A lovely local business offering a personal service customised to your needs. The key with anything is to communicate over what you want clearly. I love the fact that you have stylists from so many different cultures working here which is a true reflection of not only Leyton but also the very cosmopolitan nature that is London these days. Staff are accommodating and polite wanting you to leave happy and satisfied. I personally am disappointed to see so many negative reviews as it's clear that they are overshadowing the many positive experiences this salon offers on a day to day basis that are probably not mentioned. The staff were very friendly and professional, the salon looked modern and clean and most importantly I got one of the best haircuts that I have had in a long long time. Sara has been our family hairstylist for almost last 3 years. Before her Caroline was the best stylist in this saloon. When she left I was not sure about going to this saloon but Sara joined in to rescue the shop and customers like me (I still miss Caroline's hairwash technique with little massage on the head during wash though). Other girls in the saloon needs more trainning that all I can say. I always do my hair colour, highlight, cut, blow dry, and my husband and brother do their haircuts, all from Sara only. So five star for the saloon and for Sara.
