I visited this salon after a friend recommended them. I booked in for a colour but was unsure of the look I was going for. I had pictures of colours I liked. The lady des took the time to tell me the process and we agreed on what she would do. I knew from previous experience that getting my very dark hair highlighted could take a few tries but I was amazed at the result. Des explained the process of highlighting and toning and she even recommended hair products that would leave my hair in good condition. After not visiting a salon in almost 2 years I was quite nervous but des and the rest of the staff were lovely and made me feel relaxed. I will definitely be using her again and I’m recommending storm to all my friends.

These guys are a good, independent salon. They always listen to what you want and they don’t overcharge. Tim is my favorite stylist there, but the others are good as well. They also know how to make good recommendations about what cut would be right for you/your hair. They provide a high level of service without being hoity toity about it. I wish I could go back to them, but I would have to take a long train ride to get there and that doesn’t seem so safe these days! If they are local to you and you’re looking for a good salon, check them out!

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I am new to the salon and they made me feel as though I have been going for years. Dez patiently listened to my concerns and thoughts; and was beautifully honest about my hair needs. I love my cut and high lights. Book in with Des, and you will not be disappointed! She has transformed my fine, damaged hair into healthy locks that look better than ever. My hair was incredibly brittle from years of letting a high street chain drench it with bleach to obtain the look I thought I wanted. When I sat with Des, she was the first stylist I’ve ever had who sincerely cared about the health of my hair and had suggestions to improve my look. I love my hair now and highly recommend Des and the friendly team at Storm Wimbledon.

Fantastic colouring today by Tim as usual. Professionally blended my natural regrowth and blond ends with new highlights, lowlights and toner, beautiful cut and the curls really topped it off and made me feel like a new person after lockdown. I really enjoy going to the Storm salon, the team are so nice. Highly recommend!!

First trim/style for over 8 years following a traumatic experience where I left a salon looking like a tiger! I usually stay away from anything other than a trim however the stylist added body without taking too much from the length. Love, love my new hair especially when straightened you can really see the layers. I Highly recommended Storm & looking forward to my next visit.

Today was my second day visiting Storm and I've had an amazing hair experience. The lovely Julia completely transformed my damaged, bleached hair (6 years of the bottle blonde!) with balayage technique. Now I have a soft, sophisticated colour. I feel amazing after leaving the salon, everyone is so warm and inviting as well as professional. I won't be going anywhere else, Storm is one of the best salons I've been to in the 15 years I've been colouring my hair. Thank you Julia so much, can't wait to come back to you guys!

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Storm for years. I now drive over an hour just to visit as I won’t trust anyone else! I’ve tried all the usual high street places but always come back here. Storm is family run and been in Wimbledon for years. A testament to the friendly service and care shown by all the staff here. The staff have years of hair cutting experience and personally you can tell. Give it a try!

What a great find this was. I have been struggling to find a local salon and I happened to see this salon whilst out with a friend so I thought I would try it out. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and this gave me confidence. When I got there, it wasn't intimidating at all like some salons and they were constantly asking me if I wanted refreshments. The girl who cut my hair was the same person who shampoo'ed me, this is a nice touch as sometimes you are pushed from pillar to post! It felt like a very relaxing experience and the cut was exactly how I wanted it. I came out of there very happy! All in all I felt like I was a valued customer....and that's all you can ask for really!

Des is the best hair colourist I’ve had ever. The only person who has managed to balayage my hair properly, brown to blonde without any brassy tones. She is also amazing at cutting hair in the best way to show off the colour. I don’t do anywhere else. Thank you Des ❤️❤️❤️

Dez truly brought out the JLO in my hair! My hair was seriously damaged from being bleached. Coming to Dez was a miracle! She was honest and caring about my hair - she did a full head of highlights without damaging my hair and brought it back to life! I give her a 5.5 stars! Xx
