I'd had the same barber for 10 years before moving to London from Italy, so I was wondering whether I could have found another one as good as him. I found Livia at The Legends Barber Shop!
I had many hair cuts and a couple of traditional shaves (awesome experience! try it!) from her and I've always been happy about them. Besides being very professional and attentive to details, she is also funny and makes you feel at ease and comfortable.
You definitely won't be disappointed!

Darius did an amazing job in cutting my hair! I could not be happier with the result, and I am very much looking forward to get a wet shave there next week!
A shampoo + haircut comes at £18,50 which I believe is a fairly good price, compared to all the other fancy salons that have disappointed me in the past.

Out of all the other barbers I’ve been to before, this is the only place where I’ve had haircuts like I wanted if not better.

Darius, the owner, is without a doubt the best out of his motley crew of head shearing professionals, but I've had a consistently excellent hair cut no matter who did it. They are quick, professional, well priced and friendly.
They are called Legends for the memorabilia (well, photos) of legends come and gone all over the walls. On top of this they have a gorgeous old vintage register which makes the whole thing feel that much more awesome.
A few years back you could get away without booking but these days it's a good idea to give them a buzz a day ahead or so.

Probably just fine if you've got a normal shorter style, but the barber didn't take any notice of how my hair falls or its natural shape and just cut it into this weird uniform thing that sits on top of my head. Going to have to get it done again elsewhere.

Darius listened carefully to the requests about my favourite haircut techniques like scissors' straight hair end cut and blending heights. Even though he uses clippers for blending, the result is the best I've ever seen. The haircut he achieved suits exactly to the shape of my scalp and I would be definitely coming back.

L. M.Walked in at 17:30 on a Friday evening and was lucky enough to get seen straight away (it got busy in minutes). Lucian got to work with the clippers after I described what I wanted and was out the door within 20 minutes with a great cut. Definitely going back and highly recommend Lucian - efficient and precise!

Ive been going to them for about 3 months now after moving to London from NYC and i have to say that the cut/style/value is as good as, if not better than the traditional barbers in New York. My wife and i walked down Lambs Conduit the other day and i pointed Legends out to her and she was impressed by how 'moderne yet traditional' the place was. I have my next appt on Friday!

J. P.One of the best value for your money barbershops in central London. It doesn't have the history of Flittner or the likes, but for under 20£ this is one of the best cuts you'll get.
They specialise in more traditional men's barbershop cuts, but aren't completely absolutely set on tradition, so modern cuts will be touched up nicely. If you require a new daring style, perhaps you should look elsewhere.
