It was my first visit to the Wigmore today and I was very impressed with the service and overall quality of the haircut. As someone with longer hair (and not a lot of experience managing it!) I was pleased to receive plenty of advice regarding recommended cuts, particularly from Catalina. In addition, the staff were friendly, the premise comfortable and the overall prices for the cut represented good value for money. I can definitely say I will be back.

I had a fantastic experience visiting this barber. I saw Caterina who patiently gave me advice on what I wanted to achieve. As I’m growing my hair I was nervous to have it cut and what style to go for as I’ve had negative experiences elsewhere. Caterina kept me informed along the process as well as having a very easy manner to chat with - I never felt like she was distracted and more interested in talking than in getting my hair right. I’ve definitely found my new regular spot!

Tanvi is one of the best men's hairdressers I've been to. She is attentive, very highly skilled and listens carefully to what cut you would like. She is also great at beard cutting and styling. I will be back, I doubt I'll go anywhere else.

Vicky is friendly and present - she makes you feel relaxed and she’s always attentive to what you want, unlike some hairdressers who just steam ahead doing their own thing on your precious head. She’s on time and doesn’t keep you waiting and she’s a great listener. In these Covid days safety is important and The Wigmore is clean and well-tended. They limit the number of clients at any one time and keep to social distancing guidelines with plastic barriers between the chairs. I couldn’t wish for better.

I've been coming here for years and can only speak well of the teams energy and great quality. Lindsay was my first hairdresser here before she relocated abroad, and I was so fortunate to now be looked after by Cara and Igle. Both great stylist and entertaining ladies. Cara is especially good at shading. Many thanks as always to the whole team, including the talented and thorough in-house beautician.

I've been a regular customer at The Wigmore and I have been impressed with how friendly the colleagues are with helpful advice with the style choice for hair to making customers more welcome when entering. Make sure to book over the phone before entering as I wasn't aware with that system at first. You are also assigned with a specific barber who would know how your hairstyle is which is better than having a haircut with different people at a time who doesn't know your hairstyle. Price is a bit overwhelming but then again it is Central London so don't expect it to be a cheap barber.

My usual stylist has left but luckily a newbie Cara was on hand to deliver a wash (with a head massage) and great cut followed by what I can only say was the closest, smoothest wet shave I’ve ever had. Just brilliant, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I walked in on the off chance they may be able to squeeze me in for a manicure, and they were great. Very accommodating, Diane did a gorgeous manicure which lasted brilliantly (regular polish took a week to chip, all other polish I've had was chipping within 2-3 days) and they are lovely staff. I was offered a drink and although it's a small place, it's well kept. Will be back!

Diane has been looking after my eyebrows for years, and even though I no longer live in the UK I always wait 'til I'm home to get them done. The girls in the babrbers all know me as well and give me a warm welcome when I pop in. But I'm always so happy to see Diane and let her work her magic on my brows. I never even have to explain what I want: she just knows how a mans eyebrows need to look. Eyebrows aside, having a pedicure is one of my favourite things to do so I always indulge when I get to see Diane.
