A.Great experience, walk-in without appointment on a quiet Monday morning and was greeted warmly. Sewon took time to explain everything and offer his recommendation, he is very professional and patient. My past experiences with other branches of T&G were average, but this was exceptional! Highly recommended especially for people of East Asian ethnicity like myself, Sewon’s cut/style is delicate and is obviously very experienced with thick stubborn hair like mine!
j. p.Had the best hair cut ever at this shop. Yes it's not cheap but I will be returning to in future to have the same stylist for sure. First time I ever decided on a fringe. He took so much time letting me see if side fringe worked first and then I went for it. Perfect! Everyone loves my new look! I feel transformed! Plus the cut on straight hair is best it's ever had. Made me realise the stylist ability matters even when trimming only with no layering as its never looked this good before 😍👏👏👏.
G. W.I have been with this saloon for years, Is time for me to give them a 5 stars review, as they never failed my visits. I visit them every 6 weeks for roof touch work. In additional, I like to change my hair style and colours time from time, each time they provided fantastic professional advices such as new technics or products which not only give me a new look, at the same time it improved my hair quality for an easier manageable new hair style. I have never worry to leave my messy, frizzy hair in any of the employee they booked for me because All them are amazing and professional.

Comparing to other salons they could do with upgrading their offers like the choice of soft drinks or good coffee, it is not expensive to do and probably expected for the overall costs.
C. A. E. H. P. S.Lee at the St Paul’s branch was friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through my Keratin treatment so I knew what to expect and how to manage my hair post treatment. She highlights and cuts my hair regularly and I am always happy with the result. She comes highly recommended!

You know, you have a great style at shop but from the next day you usually don't... However my hair still looks great. Thank you. I'll definitely visit again
M. C.Soo cut my hair and it looked beautiful. She took a lot of care over it and the cut was great. She blow dried it for me but I can also leave it to dry naturally. I have wavy hair and it’s not easy to manage but Soo does it so well. Very happy with the cut.
