This is an amazing salon ! I did a waxing full body with Joana! I have 17 years waxing full body BUT never had this kind of professional, sophisticated experience as such Joana give it to me! 5 star service ! PS: i am not kind of person writing reviews! :)

Enisa is a magician. She completely transformed my hair!!! I went in having no idea what I wanted, just that my hair needed fixing and Enisa showed me her portfolio of work, gave me loads of inspiration and guided me through the process. She is very professional, hospitable and made the whole experience a joy!

I loved my first experience at Trends Salon. Olimpia was such a great host and hair stylist. She was very friendly, offered me water (while it was a very hot day) and did an amazing job on my curly hair 3b/3c. Her hair massage was just fantastic, making me feel very relaxed. The hair colour was vegan friendly and organic, which is just a bonus. I loved the results, shining and covering my few white hair. I recommend this salon to anyone. I went today to this salon for the 1st time and the lovely Javier was my hairdresser. He was super professional, kind and very attentive. His suggestions on how to maintain my hair healthy were really good and I really liked the outcome of the haircut (I am not normally easy to pleased when it comes to someone cutting my hair). My hair looks bright, it has the volume I wanted and I felt very comfortable in the salon. Also, the staff I met working this evening was caring and helpful! Lovey salon and friendly staff however the quality of the cut was not very good and had to ask for it to be redone. My first experience there has put me off and wouldn't go back.

I had an eyebrow and upper lip waxing, as well as a lymphatic massage with Joanna and I'm so happy with both treatments. Joanna is a joy to spend time with, she is clearly very knowledgeable and great at making you feel comfortable. The wax was great, very precise and as pain free as possible, and the lymphatic drainage massage was amazing too: I had heard that this treatment is good at flushing toxins away from my body, and I feel so much better after it. I had a lot of liquid retention in my legs which Joanna helped me with, and I also had a really stiff neck that had been bothering me for weeks that is now gone. I really recommend Joanna and Trends Balham.

Joanna is the best beautician I've ever been to! So thorough, precise, and really puts you at ease with a calming breathing exercise during waxing. I have already booked in for my next appointment in 6 week's time and I'm not dreading it like I usually would with another salon! 5* from me thank you Joanna! Nice salon, great vibe and the staff are great, they put you at ease and I felt that they were vibrant and energetic. I had previously been to another hair salon however they had made a complete mess of my hair, so I was hesitant when I went to Rebel Trends. However I went there and spoke to the salon manager who assured me that the stylist (who’s name I didn’t catch) would sort me right out. She did a fab job and I went away super pleased with the result. Thank you Rebel Trends, I’ll be back again.

Excellent salon, my new go to in Balham and Steve my new go to hairdresser. He's super friendly and did an excellent job with my hair. You can see the care and attention he pays to it, whilst still maintaining a friendly and chatty demeanour. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

I went here last Friday for a grey balayage. I have a dark (jet black) and thick hair so i am aware that achieving grey hair might be mission impossible. David did all the process with the help of Carlos (not sure with his name, sorry). They were so patient with all the bleaching (3x), washing and drying my hair! They spent 7 hours with my hair and not a second I felt they were rushing their work - very professionals! Although I didnt achieve the grey hair in the end (due to my natural hair colour), I couldn't be any happier with their work, professionalism and all the hair advices they've given me :) David did his very best to get the nearest colour possible to what I want. Very hard worker and dedicated to his job! I am really satisfied with his work! He is such an asset in the company :) Well done Balham branch! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Highly recommended!! a hair dressers you can walk straight out of and feel fabulous without rushing home to fix your hair to your style! A personal recommendation to Kirstie, she was so friendly and attentive, she is clearly passionate about her work (very experienced). Will definitely see her again! Good hair dressers are hard to come by! Definitely worth a visit.

I visited rebel trends to do the toner and treatment and it was really good. My stylist have done really good job in choosing the right products for me and her head massage was amazing! I had bad experiences with other salons before so I highly recommend this one.

Steve is an absolute magician, and the only person I trust with my hair. Gives great attention to my hair, but is also very personable.... he somehow remembers my life story, which makes my hair appointment feel like catching up with an old friend! On a technical note, Steve is great with curly hair, and has seen me through long styles all the way up to a pixie cut.

Arrived here in a distressed state having had a terrible experience at Gemini hair and beauty a few doors down. Annette corrected my colour perfectly and I will definitely be going back to her from now on. All the staff were super friendly and I left there much happier then when I walked in. Highly recommend

I went to Rebel trends after having a really bad experience at a salon in Tooting Bec, where I went in for ash blonde balayage and came out looking like a yellow light bulb! I only popped in to see if there was anything that could be done and Janeth booked me in for an hour later. She was completely sympathetic and explained what could be done. Having worked hard to manage my expectations, she completely blew me away. The colour I came out with was great, and the cut was lovely as well. What a hero! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you again Janeth!

Had a lovely service (dermalogica facial) from the lady who did my facial but the rating I have given is marred because of the incident which happened before I entered the shop. A male member of staff was standing infront of the door of the entrance. As I was going to come in, he placed his hand on the doorhandle to open the door. However when he saw me, he took his hand off the door handle and moved away. I think you need to deal with staff who have some issues, as I could've been put off from coming in, but I am a resilient person.
