They were so lovely from start to finish. I felt welcome and was looked after extremely well. They listened to what I wanted and gave good advice for future colourings/timeframes. My colour was perfect, my cut was exactly what I wanted and it was the best blow dry I’ve ever had. So much attention to detail, and on top of that they had the most beautiful salon dog, and I had a lovely coffee. Today was my first haircut with Daisy. She listened carefully to what I wanted and explained what she was going to do. She took time and care over my restyle and created a wonderful haircut which I am thrilled with. Daisy is professional, friendly and an excellent stylist. I do not often write reviews, but the rating for this salon and some of the comments are absolutely ridiculous and unfair! I have been going to this salon for the last TWO YEARS and not once I have left without a massive smile on my face. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, they make you feel at home and they make sure your experience is as comfortable as ever. Professionalism can easily spotted by the honesty and the transparency they approach every single job with: no false promises, but a detailed explanation of the processes required to obtain the final results you are looking for and MOST IMPORTANTLY an attention for the HEALTH of your hair, which often gets forgotten in the aim to get the look that you wanted (but at what price?). I had previously been to hairdressers that, in the aim to give me what I wanted (and not always with great results) have completely ruined my hair. Since going to Twentuno my hair are as healthy as ever and super soft even after colouring! Professionalism is also educating and advising customers on the negative effects of some treatments, stay away from people who promise miracles just to take your money! Every single time I have visited the salon I was offered an initial consultation and I was made aware of the steps and the costs involved. I believe the price are reasonable and fair given the professionalism you are welcomed with: you pay for a high quality service! I am looking forward to return to regularly visit Twentuno and get my hair back into their best shape. If you care about you hair, I highly recommend you this salon!

I have been going the same hairdresser for 20 years and have tried a few places but always reverted back to her as I was never happy! She has not been able to work because of the pandemic and after 6 months, I was forced to find a more local hairdresser. Gennaro was recommended to me by my cousin who is very fussy with her hair. He cut, coloured and blow dried my hair to perfection. I had a wonderful experience and have had lots of compliments on my hair. Just the pick me up I needed!

A very professional but welcoming salon. Unpretentious (unlike some of the big names out there who treat you like they're too good for you) but serious when it comes to caring for your hair. Not only I received some great advice on how to care for my hair, which is something not all hairdressers do, but I also got recommended better ways of styling my hair which would suit me personally. If you need a hairdresser for colours and cuts, and great styling then this is the place for you. Great salon dog too and a good coffee add to the friendly vibe. Like family, but better.

Really lovely place to get your hair cut! I am usually not a fan of having my hair cut as I come out not liking the results. But at Twentuno they got it spot on! The place is amazing and easy accessible (just 5 mins walk from Clapham Junction station). The customer service is of the highest quality. As soon as I arrived, I was offered a nice Italian espresso with a sweet and an initial consultation. A head massage comes complimentary with the shampooing :) Gennaro, the director, cut my hair (I got a medium bob done). He answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to dry and style my hair. He was extremely professional and friendly. The new hairstyle was exactly what I wanted. Good value for money. I will definitely go back. Book an appointment (the best way is to call them) as earl as you can as the place is hugely popular and it gets booked up easily.

If I could give 10 stars I would... I absolutely love Twentuno! I first went because of an offer and now I would never go anywhere else. Gennero is a genius, he understands exactly what I want and always gets it spot on. I put a lot of colour in my hair and not only is the colour always perfect but it's always healthy. I went yesterday and my hair has never felt so good after a bleach! Everyone at Twentuno are the loveliest people and the vibe in the salon is so friendly and welcoming! I went here looking for a big change in style, and I wasn't disappointed! My hair looks gorgeous (if I do say so myself) and is much easier to manage than before. The attention to detail and skill level of my stylist Gennaro is incredible, he double and triple checked his work making tiny fixes to an already near-perfect cut, and I'm sure the same can be said of the rest of the team. Decor is beautiful, the chocolates they serve are to die for, and there's an adorable calm and friendly labrador knocking around to boot. I have been living in London for 6 years and I just couldn't find the right hairdresser for me. I tried several salons but kept changing as I was never satisfied! I almost gave up until I met the fabulous Gennaro at Twentuno Salon, needless to say I don’t let anybody else touch my hair now! I am very fussy with my hair and not very good at managing it so I need a hairdresser that knows how to cut my hair and style it in a way that I can then easily maintain. Gennaro absolutely loves his job and he’s incredibly skilled at it. In addition to this Gennaro is lovely and really makes you feel at ease. It’s a beautiful modern salon and by the moment you step in you are treated like royalty! Walter and all staff are very welcoming and every time I go, I feel very pampered! The last time I visited the salon I also had a facial pedicure and wax with Manjeet, she is the sweetest! I recently went to Twentuno salon to have a perm. This was the second time, I had my first done a few months ago and the results on my hair were great. Stylist Gennaro makes sure to use the best product for each customer: my hair is very fine and I have a sensitive scalp, yet I found the treatment wasn't at all harsh - if anything, my hair has more body not just because of the perm, but thanks to all the advice Gennaro gave me to look after my hair in the best possible way. I also regularly have haircuts at Twentuno, and I'm always happy with the result. Definitely recommended.

After a very disappointing experience at another hair salon, I was looking for a hair stylist I could trust. Due to many excellent reviews I found on the internet, and the convenient location near Clapham Junction, I decided to give Twentuno a try. I made an appointment with Gennaro for colouring and a cut. First of all, I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this place, everyone is very friendly and I felt welcome and well taken care of. Once the colouring was done and it was time for the cut, Gennaro let me know that he would advise against getting my hair cut straight away due to all the layers that had been cut in at the last hairdresser's, which would make it impossible to properly perform the cut I wanted. While I was disappointed that I could not get my haircut, it was at the same time very reassuring that I was not just another customer to get money out of. I truly appreciate that Gennaro gave me his honest opinion. And after 5 months of waiting (they really did cut it pretty badly at the other hair salon) I finally got the haircut I'd been wanting. Gennaro took a lot of time to perfect it and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Twentuno, all staff is well skilled and goes beyond their ways to ensure you are leaving the salon a happy customer! Until the next time!

My favorite place to get my nails and facial done in London. I went for the shellac manicure and pedicure option, and it was hands down, one of the best manicures I’ve ever received. The manicurist Manjeet is really amazing and extremely patient and very thorough - it lasted for a full three weeks, and it looked beautiful. I also tried paraffin wax (which I never heard before) and loved the result, my hands felt to soft for long time. The staff are wonderful and always do a great job.The manager is extremely efficient, and everything runs super smoothly. Highly recommend this salon!

I am a Twentuno faithful customer and I can only reccomend the high standards and services that Gennaro and his team provide. They do work miracles and this is a true statement of the trust I have in them considering how demanding I am and the level of professionalism I would expect. I had previously tried other keratin treatments but no comparison can be made. Everybody is good to make you leave the salon with glossy bouncy hair, but you recongnize THE GREAT ONES when you wash your hair at home and you still look awesome. And this is what Gennaro and the team do every time. This last time he beated himself: I was always sceptical about layer my hair but we finally tried and he created this superb 3 layer of locks than makes me admire myself in the mirror over and over again!
