Best spot to have your hair done in my opinion! Everyone is so friendly and positive whenever I go and I always leave with great hair done by Beatrice.. The place is also spotless! Very good value for money and I'll always come here. They have olaplex as well which is a must for me!! Overall I give it 10/10⭐

After months of not having proper haircut, I've finally booked an appointment on my first day back to the city for work. The team have done an amazing work with their covid-measures, ensuring the environment is safe for every customers. Patricia is as always very friendly and did an amazing job with my hair (i had to cut my own hair during lockdown, and Patricia rescued it and made it look amazing again!!!!) I've done my hair at this salon several times, and there wasn't a single time they've disappointed me. All the hairdressers here have amazing personality, and they are incredibly confident, outstanding professionals. Without exaggeration, it will definitely be one of your best hairdressing experiences with these guys.

I cannot recommend Beatriz highly enough for her detailed work on colour correcting bleach. I went in with an uneven full head of bleach with roots. She prepared 2 levels of lift to correct my hair,. She was welcoming to everyone who walked in, while working quickly on my hair with plenty of attention to detail. Beatriz achieved my desired hair in under 3hrs. My hair was in the sink for around 30mins total. The chairs for the sink have a massage function which made the wait enjoyable. They also have a clean toilet. Absolute treat to be a customer here and honest, fair prices. Considering returning for a hair cut as good hairdressers are hard to find!

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and it is excellent. I've been twice now and both times had a great haircut (both from Alex). Staff seem genuinely friendly, you can walk in or book an appointment and there seems to be a big focus on making sure you're absolutely happy as opposed to cutting your hair and getting you out of the chair as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to the salon for a number of years and have always loved the ambiance. Marco who has been there for over 10 years runs the salon to an excellent standard. It is clean and welcoming. Marco recently fitted a microline on me using hair dreams which is a top quality natural hair and it is amazing - if you haven’t heard of it look it up - it’s not just for people who are really thinning on top but for people like myself who just wanted more volume all round. It is easy to maintain and has transformed my life. The prices at the salon are reasonable particularly for central London. All the staff go out of their way to accommodate you and will stay open later if you desperately need to get your hair done. If you are in the area I would highly recommend the salon for colour, cuts and hair extensions/intralace. Clearly I can’t recommend Marco and his teammates more highly.

The combination of pre-washing hair with the cut worked perfectly - and it turned out well. Also the new procedure under the COVID guidelines has been handled well. I will definitely come back for another cut in the future.

Super good hairdresser! The whole team is so lovely! I actually moved with the hairdresser from the old saloon. Kepa has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I know the products and styles he recommends are not to get the most money out of me - but to genuinely advise what’s best for my hair! Who would turn down the job of highlights? Very rare to find someone you can trust blind! Very good value for money too! Kepa, you better not leave London anytime soon 😊

I have been a regular customer to Why Not for about 7 years now as it is not only close to work,but I also appreciate a good cut at a decent price. There are many hairdressers / barbers in the area but Why Not ticks all the boxes. I would especially recommend a trim by the owner, Marco, who is 'a cut above the rest' (sorry couldn't resist that one!). Great cuts, friendly staff, polished salon.

I’ve been having my hair done by Kepa for the past year and a half. It has always been a good experience. Kepa explains the whole process really well and is very honest with his opinions when asked. This is helpful when I find it difficult to make a decision about hairstyles. I have even introduced my daughter to Whynot hairdressing and her first experience of having highlights has been wonderful, she is extremely pleased with the result! Thanks as always to Kepa !

Unfortunately, the first time I went didn’t go too well and I wasn’t too happy with the way my layers were done but I went back with this complaint and the manager Marco was very understanding and redid them perfectly, so I am now very happy with the way my hair looks. **** UPDATED **** The manager was gracious enough to contact me to apologise for my first experience, and kindly cut my hair for free. He was courteous and most importantly did a stunning job. Businesses could learn a lot from this excellent customer service. ************ Absolutely shocking hair cut - the worst I've ever had and that includes from my mum! I thought... "it'll grow out" but heck no... I thought several times 'thank God, she's stopped' but alas no, she carried on hacking away. Incredibly rude also.
