T. A.I'm giving this place 5 stars because ultimately they tick all boxes. You show up and see the same barbers month after month (funny how most places fail this and you end up with funny different hairstyles). They are very friendly and will take care of you. Have no hesitations coming here. It's a fantastic place.
However, after many visits after one year I have one big issue. I always leave with lots of hair on my face, neck, clothes, ears, you name it. This seems to be standard in the UK and why the review is still five stars. Don't want to damage the business because they do their primary job well (cutting hair and making you feel welcomed & relaxed). But avoid coming here on your lunch break. Just a tip.

Since no staff appear to be native English speakers, it is worth explaining your needs slowly, simply and clearly. A photo of yourself as you would like to be can be helpful.
