If I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars. I’ve had nail extensions on and off for over 25 years and the lovely Jasmine is by far the best. She is so friendly and does exactly what you ask for - super nail art and a lovely variety of colours to choose from. My BIAB nails last three weeks and I’m always complimented on them. If you want to be pampered in a beautiful modern salon by friendly staff, then this is the place to go 💕

Ellie has been doing my hair now for over 6 years I would not trust anyone else to work the magic she has for me. Not only Ellie but each and every one of the girls in You make every visit special. I’ve had regular blows from Becca, Hannah and Holly and Jasmin is the most amazing nail tech! The most welcoming salon I have ever been too, I’ve never walked away not feeling ten times better than when I did when I walked in. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. Thanks girls xxx

I visited the salon to get my first-ever balayage and I can’t recommend them enough! Mia is a magician with hair and she couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable! She explained everything she was doing and my hair was the best it’s ever been- I would definitely send anyone looking for a new style their way! All the girls are so lovely too, just a lovely atmosphere :)

I came here for a consultation and treatment - where I was given the best advice and steps to help my hair get to the best condition before being coloured! You don’t find this at many salons as most will just apply the colour anyway! So I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism, this made me have so much confidence with coming here and with all the girls at this salon - they were all super welcoming and lovely also ❤️

By far the best place for nails!! I get mine done by Chloe and amazes me every single time, the nicest girl ever! As wel as everyone else in the salon, make me feel so welcome & just always good vibes🥰defo recommend!!!

I visited the salon for the first time in October after previously visiting 3 different hair salons to have my hair lightened from dark brown to blonde. At all previous salons I was unable to achieve what I wanted, they were either unable to do the process, or said they could and my hair never changed just kept getting darker. I booked in a consultation with Rebecca at You Mcr who was amazing, she took as much time as needed to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and she went through thoroughly the process of achieving my end result. Rebecca was able to book me in for an appointment as soon as I wanted, availability was no issue. On the day of my appointment again Rebecca took time to explain exactly what she was going to do to start the lightening process before she began. I knew it was going to be a long process but not once did Rebecca rush or complain and all the staff kept asking me if I would like any refreshments throughout my time in the salon. All the You Mcr team were nothing but lovely and all had a smile on their faces interacting and socialising with all clients in the salon and not just their own, the atmosphere was so welcoming and time flew having a laugh with them all. My hair end result exceeded all my expectations, I couldn’t believe how much Rebecca managed to lighten my hair in just one appointment it looked amazing! I have rebooked in for next week for my Christmas pamper and for the last stage of the process where we will achieve my final desired look, i’m so excited! To add… I also booked in for my nails with Jasmine after the girls in the salon highly recommended her and she didn’t disappoint! She was like the rest of the team so lovely and chatty and took time to ensure she knew what look I wanted. I had French biab on my fingers and toes of the most beautiful colour I’ve been unable to find with other previous nail techs. It is now 4 weeks since I had them done and I’m now just going back for infills, I can’t believe how long my nails have lasted and still look in perfect condition. I would honestly highly recommend You Mcr to anyone of all ages, it is hands down the nicest, friendliest and professional hair salon I’ve been too & is most definitely my permanent salon from now on. Thanks girls! 😊 x
