I picked this salon by the reviews left for my first visit, to deal with my 'lockdown' hair. Usually i would rather visit the dentist than a hairdresser as i feel so nervous! They made me feel totally at ease, were so nice, and the haircut was fantastic! Was not at all pressured into any services I didn't want - not even the next appointment (with other salons i usually did) but I was so impressed I am returning - made the next appointment. see you soon and many thanks Kayleigh

Courtney was amazing she asked what I wanted and gave advice when I asked her opinion. The young lady who booked me in (I don't know her name sorry) took me straight through and offered me a drink and gave me the options and even asked what type of sugar I took in my coffee. Such a wonderful environment as well. The staff are always welcoming, it's one of the reasons why I keep coming back.

Grew my hair long during the Covid restrictions, so couldn't wait to go back to have it cut and restyled by Joe. Was welcomed back by the whole team and it was wonderful to have my treat just for me, once more. I missed going there so much and it was heavenly to have short hair, now so easily managed, due to Joe's great hairstyling techniques, again.

Absolutely fantastic service as always. Stylist really listened intensely to what I wanted and got it spot on I was so happy with the results from my hair. Salon is really stylish and is kept very clean and hygienic.

I've been coming to Capa for a long time now and love it. I get my hair done, generally every 6 weeks with Courtney. It's relaxed, casual but still professional and an enjoyable time to spend there. Perk in the summer they have air con and in the winter their hot chocolate is lush.

I felt completely relaxed at the salon today for my hair cut. There are still covid restrictions in place and is kept very clean. The covid restrictions do not effect the service or pampering you deserve, the team are very friendly and engage in conversation. Booking is easy through the website on the appointment service an email confirmation is received once the appointment is booked and a small deposit taken. I would recommend this salon to friends and family i have been going to this salon for nearly 10 years.

I cannot commend this salon enough, we have great difficulty in getting our severely autistic son his hair cut, we called this salon several weeks ago and explained the difficulty and we were booked in with Gemma. We had wonderful success and Gemma was very good and patient and understanding, he has now had his second haircut with Gemma and we are very pleased and relived.
