Booked on the day as it was a new place to try - lovely phone service.
Was way too early for the appointment but was kindly offered seats as had both children with me.
Sasha was wonderful and did a good haircut despite daughter constantly moving head.

H. S.I went to the salon for a haircut. I had a picture with me of what I wanted. Sasha cut my hair exactly how I wanted and really took time to understand what is the style that would look good with my hair. She really tried to understand my hair texture and how much effort I can put in maintaining the haircut she would provide me. Very very happy with my haircut. Didn't want to give a review till I have seen how it has settled in a few days time after the blow dry etc has gone. It still looks great and I am very happy with it. Definitely coming back to the salon!
D. D.Cancelled our first appointment due to ill health, but rebooked for next day.
Asked staff member for layers and thinning out but she forgot, had to remind her as she had started putting curls in.
Tried charging more than quoted as was booked in with a different staff member, but said they would "honour the price on this occasion!!! Hey, I didn't cancel the appointment!!!!
Sorry but won't be returning.
UPDATE my daughter's hair was restyled free of charge by the manager, who is lovely and we're really pleased.
Please remember that this is my own experience on this occasion and may not be the usual practise here x

M. W.£21 for a trim that took less than 15 minutes, had to sort the back of my head out when I got home because many strands had been left too long. They didn't ask what kind of neckline I wanted so I've ended up with the wrong one.
