She really came into her own when my five year old autistic little girl had her hair hacked at by another hair salon. She got her in quickly, booked extra time so as not to rush her, allocated a quieter area and spent time reassuring her and letting her get comfortable with the hairdryer. The result was beautiful. A lovely cute little bob. My little girl was thrilled. This place is a diamond of a find. The best hairdresser in the area by far. And Nicole is a lovely person as well as a brilliant hairdresser. Give her a wage rise!! I won't go anywhere else now.

S.After not having my hair dyed for a few years I fancied a change and found hair envy and beauty and I can not highly recommend it enough i was seen by Nicole who is amazing she did my hair exactly how I wanted it I was also their with my unsettled 1 year old and Nicole was able to work around me instead of me working around her all the staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable even while my daughter was unsettled ill deffinetly be returning every month for my root touch ups and wouldn't go anywhere else now so thankyou Nicole and the rest of the staff x
