I bought a groupon voucher for this Hair Salon, with actually average expectations. However, it was such a good experience. They were really polite offered tea/coffee with biscuits while I waited. As I wasn't sure about the haircut I wanted, they suggested what would be best for the result I was going for. They spent an hour on the haircut and gave results I was really pleased with. Would recommend going even if paying full price (i think £30).

Got a great deal from Groupon (yes, they want you to print the voucher but it's not that difficult). Was a bit nervous as I hate going to hairdressers at the best of times, as I've been disappointed many times before and this was my first time here. Staff were really friendly. Alison cut and blow dried my hair just how I wanted it, she did a fantastic job! Really happy with the result. I have paid much more at an expensive salon before and I can honestly say Alison did a better job. Thank you, I'll be back!

I get Groupon deal, full massage one hour. The massage was AMAZING! The only thing...she started 5 minutes later and finish 5 minutes earlier... but is ok, she has been great and I will definitely come back.

The staff are nice but I wouldn't go back. I had a hard time explaining what kind of blonde I wanted which was quite awkward. I also can't be 100% sure but felt I got charged £9 for a toner which I think might have been purple shampoo, most good toners are painted on. I had to redo my hair with a toner at home to achieve a more ash blonde which should have been easy to do by an experienced stylist. Bit disappointed overall but on the plus side she did pack loads of highlights in and got very close to the roots which was good.

Hi just been in to have my hair cut and coloured this afternoon by Alison. Thrilled with my new look. Staff are amazing, given two cups of tea a selection of magazines to look through and not forgetting the biscuits. Had a most enjoyable afternoon, booked up to go back next month. I don't remember the last time I was so happy with my cut. It was perfect and additionally I had beautiful waves. Very nice ladies, nice atmosphere, I'm very happy!

Used a groupon voucher otherwise I wouldn't usually go to an unfamiliar hairdressers...I asked for highlights and expected foils but was horrified to be put into a very old fashioned cap....luckily the passing public don't really see in easily. I paid extra for my longer hair length, extra for a full head (which i didn't get) and extra for toner (which she mixed INTO the product)....I've never come across this before. My hair is dryer than it's ever been. On the plus side the younger girl working there was great.

The offer was honoured by Alison, who is friendly and welcoming as are the rest of the staff. They even prioritised me to get me out on time so I wouldn't get a parking fine. I purchased a great deal on Groupon. I tipped more than I usually do because I felt the deal was too generous. Lovely, friendly staff in a great location. Owner is working on making the shop more obvious as it is tricky to spot or know it's there without purposefully looking for it. However, the location is a handy location at the bottom of Grey Street and well worth a visit.
