Callum is my regular barber he has never failed to impress me with the cut that I leave the shop with. It's not the cheapest, but not unreasonable for the standard of cut and I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

J. G.By far the best place in Newcastle for a trim. They have a great atmosphere offering a very professional and quality service. Many barbers are also available to suit all hair types. I also think the booking system is a huge touch which reminds you of your appointment and confirming via text. At the end of the day its all about the haircut and they get it bang on every time. They will also go the extra mile for their clientele. For example, they were offering free cuts for a week to students during freshers week. Great service, professional with the best trims by far. 5 stars and would highly recommend.

Amy always takes her time to make sure it's exactly what you want and always talks you through how to style it or what to use for when you are home. Never felt more comfortable going for a hair cut... And the wife is always happy with it, which is a bonus!!

B.My partner gets her hair cut off Rhys and he is such a lovely lad and takes his time and does a good job, she won’t let anyone else touch her hair now, and amy who is always chatty and helpful when we arrive till we leave. j. c.Honestly look forward to coming here weekly, It’s like visiting my best mate, Amy is a dream, best hair cuts, best price and just the best banta, to be fair all staff at Kong Koby are the same, a group of the soundest people I’ve met especially in a barbers. Other venues I have went to for my hair have been awkward and uncomfortable, sitting for 20 mins in awkward silence staring at yourself in a mirror, however I’ve never felt that way with Amy at king kobys, the time flies by and it makes me want to book in again the next day just to continue our conversation. I’ll never go anywhere else for my hair.

Downloaded the app they offer and was able to book my appointment on my phone and choose which member of staff I wanted to book with, I chose Siobhan and her attention to detail was absolutely exemplary, she did an absolutely amazing job making sure I was happy with everything each step of the way and explaining exactly what she was doing. The salon itself was absolutely immaculate and very welcoming from the person on the main desk. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The guy who did my hair was told I was Autistic and he was excellent and accommodating and his styling was like an artist.
