The service I received from start to finish was warm and friendly from the ladies on the desk to my stylist Lizzie. She was confident, skilled and professional I felt safe in her hands as she corrected my hair after a bad experience with another hair dresser. I thoroughly recommend her.

Went in for daughter to have haircut and ended up having one also and was welcomed even though was not long before close after 6.30pm. Great service and fantastic staff! Thank you so much will 100% return! Prices good too!

I popped in and i ask if there were any appointments this was last Tuesday at around 1pm. The girl said not for 2 hours so I told I would come back after I had done my shopping, went back at the said time and was tol the booking had gone! I had sat in the coffee shop for 3/4 of an hour waiting to be told it had gone. I’ll be spending my money downstairs at hairdressers there. I’m quite regular in your salon as well.

Absolutely amazing 👏, I'm so inloved with the way my hair turned out, it looks amazing and it feels amazing ❤ I'm not a big chatterbox and and always a little awkward when I have to go out to get a haicut but Kai the hairdresser was the sweetest angel ever, 100% would recommend!!!

Having been here a while ago and receiving a not so great haircut, after an email reminder, I thought I would try them again. Very covid friendly, felt safe (shame reviews are focusing on this for 2020). The product they use made my hair feel soft and shiny, and Chloe gave a lovely head massage whilst she washed my hair. Then Brandon was left to his own devices to chop and do what he wanted with my hair, and is the only person brave enough to leave in my natural curls, which generally cannot be tamed. He styled my hair with a slightly untamed look that made me feel like I had a modern and manageable style. I will be going back. Latest update in 2021 (December). Still getting my hair cut here, very pleased. Brandon is the top stylist there now, so CC Hair Salon value him as much as my husband and I do!

Lovely staff, nice clean and efficient place. Aimee who cut my hair was friendly and very good at her job. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and cut my hair exactly how i wanted. A shout out also to the manageress Lauren. She obviously is good at her job as the place seemed to be running like clockwork. She was also a very nice sight to behold at front of house. Well done Aimee and Lauren keep up the great work .

I arrived on spec to see if I could get an appointment, I was welcomed in in a very professional manner, Yes I could be seen as someone else had failed to show up, I had my temperature taken, hand gel was available, the stylist even helped me with my shopping. Once seated in a clean airy cubicle and my hair choice sorted, the stylist answered my questions, gave solutions, all the while maintaining a safe cutting distance, I felt very reassured and calm, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all I spoke to, I will be coming back 😊

Always come in and have my sons haircut with the barbers but decided to give the ladies side a try after seeing some lovely haircuts walk out the door. Well what can I say I wasn't disappointed. The lady who cut my hair was very professional and did an amazing job! Lovely atmosphere, from the moment you walk in all the staff are so polite and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be returning for my hair 🙂

I have been to this hairdressers in Weston Favell for a few years, from the salon downstairs, to their new salon upstairs. From all the hairdressers, to the receptionist, they are all amazing. From being welcomed into the salon, to being seated in the chair, you are made to feel comfortable. They are so friendly, before covid they would offer you a hot drink too. I always leave there, feeling Fabulous. I would recommend them to everyone. My Son gets his haircut there too.

I've been in a couple of times and found the girls I've had really good and I've had no complaints about them. Just recently I took the plunge and went to have my long haircut. Jane did an absolutely fantastic job and cut my hair REALLY short. Ive had loads of positive commentsAbsolutely love it.

Have to say one of the best places around to get a hair cut. From the very helpful and friendly receptionist to the amazing barber who cut my hair ( I believe his name was Brandon) they made me feel so at ease and comfortable and the measures in place since returning from lockdown are top condition. Look forward to having my hair cut again and seeing all the happy faces at CC's hair salon 😁😁

Always have a great experience everytime myself and my husband come into the salon. The tall blonde lady on reception is always welcoming, smiley and takes time to ask us how we are. Explained what I wanted to Liz, at the start, took just 15 mins to do a dry cut, and still had to remind her, when she had thought she had finished, that I did I wanted my hair to be thinned out, especially, as it cost me £26.50, my friend that came with me who had Jade was happy with her hair cut.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for ages and love the friendly, professional staff and have I will admit before Kerry cut my hair seeing her crazy wild colours I was hesitant but now I just let her crack on whilst we have a natter She’s a real credit to the salon even if she’s a bit dim (joke) Only thing missing is a cold beer whilst having a chop Never had a complaint, issue or problem except sometimes there can be a slight wait but hey you have to wait See you again in 3 weeks
