Dev did a great job with my 18 month old. It’s so hard to get a barber to not cut a boys hair too short but he was was patient and careful. Worth noting it’s cash only.

Just moved to Nottingham and needed to find a new hairdresser. I am 29 but in my life I think I have only had 4 different people cut my hair. So I was a bit concerned about it being cut just right. I went in and he was so friendly. A two minute wait whilst he was finishing someone's hair and then he invited me to the chair. I showed him a photo and described what I was looking for. He talked me through the cut and then got to work. Dev spent a good amount of time on it, making sure it was perfect. Very good chit chat. Very relaxed. He interjected to ask about my eyebrows and whether I wanted these tidying. Just the other day I was thinking they were looking a bit unruly. I agreed. After all was done, I put on my glasses to see a perfect cut. Very pleased. Plus eyebrows are looking on point! Great value! Now I have found somewhere I can trust, I shall be returning.

Went in after I recently moved to the area and had let my hair get away from me. Firstly the service was amazing. Had a right laugh. As for the actual haircut, Dev handled it like a consummate professional. His attention to detail was phenomenal, and the haircut was exactly what I asked for plus all the things I didn’t know I needed. Will definitely be going back.

The good: Friendly, courteous, very professional staff. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about their trade. Happy to help and eager to please. High quality hair cut and pride taken in their work. The Bad: Although we walked straight in and seated immediately, I can imagine as with all good barbers there may be a little wait to be groomed. The ugly: Rare for me to say but there was no ugly. Even the toilet was clean and fresh. Well worth a visit if you are local and need a hair cut.

I would like to thank Dev's for today, the lovely man shaved both sides of my head today. I just walked in and he did it for me. I think he was a bit nervous and kept asking if I was sure which was nice. He only took cash which I didn't have, he trusted me and said just go to the cash point which I obviously did. I am writing this because as a female going into a barbers felt a bit wrong, but he did a fantastic job, so glad I went in and will be going back again, I hope Devs don't mind females going in. Popped in today with my 2 sons (one unruly curly hair and other course thick hair) and was over the moon! My youngest is autistic and Dev was brilliant with him. So patient and talked us through everything. The boys hair was done to a high standard and Dev was meticulous with every detail. Amazing experience and will definitely be returning.

He has good banter, is conscious of your time and gets straight to work and he always does a good job fixing my messy hair. 😎 I will be coming back for many years to come! 💪

Always a great cut here and reliable if you’re after consistency as I am. Very reasonable prices given all the subtle attention to detail you get here. Rarely have to wait for more than 10-15 mins and always an offer of tea or coffee to top it all off. Highly recommended

I used to visit devs barbershop when he had one closer to town on Mansfield road, always employed top barbers and the same can be said for this one. No need to overpay for one of these ridiculously priced scissor merchants central to town when Turkish barbers are the real ones!
