s.The single best guy I have ever gotten a haircut from PERIOD!! I’ve spent a while looking for the perfect place to get my hair sorted, but nothing could come close to this place. I walked past a few weeks ago and knew it had to be Eko Barbers. Not only did I get an amazing transformation of my own lockdown cut, but I also got a beard trim and full head, neck and shoulders massage! From the beginning I knew I was in good hands, some ace tunes were playing, I took a seat in a comfy sofa and Elvir offered me an ice cold bottle of water while I waited for my turn. We had a great chat and I had the chance to sit back and relax. After a long week, this was exactly what I needed. Get the V.I.P, worth every penny for the best hair cut experience you’ll ever have(though it is much more than just a haircut)!
C. S.I've had about a thousand haircuts in my life but none compare to what I got here. After cutting my hair myself throughout the quarantine I went in and asked if there was anything he could do to make it look good for an upcoming interview.
"Leave it with me" he said.
An hour later not only did I have the best haircut of my life (which I was shown how to style in five different ways), but I also had the best barbershop experience of my life. After teaching me how to play the bongos we spent about 20 minutes jamming out to some incredible music. I got a massage which made my neck feel better than it has in years, a brilliant cup of tea, and the juiciest orange I've ever had. Words really cannot explain what it's like to go here, you just have to experience it yourself. Elvir and Mario are two of the friendliest, most down to earth people you will ever have the luck to meet.
Eko Barbers deserves more than 5 stars because it has redefined what a haircut should be, and other barbers would do well to take note.
D. S.(This is an edit of my review of about 2020) Elvir (Eko is his nickname) and his small barber's shop are unique. Elvir has been cutting and sculpting my head and facial hair, snipping my eyebrows, excising other unwanted stray whiskers, massaging my scalp and more since my arrival in Nottingham in 2002. I will go nowhere else.

A. C.Called & booked an appointment this afternoon for a cut with my son. Was feeling a bit flat which Eko picked up on and decided to give me a kick up the a$$. Brought out some kettle bells & push up bars for me to do a few reps and even re-arranged the shop to hang up a puching bag for me to relieve some stress while waiting for him to finish cutting my son's hair. He then proceeded to give me the VIP treatment with a back & shoulder stretch, neck, head & facial massage, clean shave & the sharpest cut ever!!! Mind you it was an appointment so we were the only ones in the shop but talk about going WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY to make your client feel satisfied! Eko you have out done yourself once again and thanks for giving me the best barbershop experience I have ever had!!!
A. G.I am not a person who writes reviews but this guy deserves all credits. I have been going to this barber since 1996 and is best barber in Nottingham by far. Is not just about haircut, this guy welcomes you in with biggest smile every time you get there. His work is 11 out of 10. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Simply 5 ☆ trim.

It's a wildly decorated mini night club replete with disco ball, electronic dance music and occasional libations. My hair was skillfully crafted off my face, neck and head with a variety of lethal implements by the chirpy and accurate barber. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to get my hair did in Nottingham.
