D. C.Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked in to when I got out of the chair, I was confident I was going to be provided with top-notch service. The shop itself is exactly what you expect a barbershop to look like, the atmosphere was busy yet professional. The barber who gave me the haircut knew what I wanted and executed it perfectly, I couldn't ask for anything better. He was amiable and didn't judge what I requested, he even seemed to agree with my choice. It's a shame I couldn't get his name. The cherry on top was the free coffee they offered. Although small in quantity, I can say otherwise about the quality. It was rich and very delicious. The experience at The Cutfather was phenomenal and would highly recommend anyone to go there for a haircut. As the Terminator said, "I'll be back." Thank you!

The reason the wait was so long is because all customers before us went for the extra Turkish specialities with cutthroat razors and hot towels - even a bald bloke 😆😆.!! Shout out to female manager who made lists for no queue jumpers and for awesome barbers, Mo and a tall bloke who even offered to wash our hair

I got a delicious Turkish coffee and some Turkish delight while waiting for "K" (a very skilled and highly professional barber) to finish up (which only took a few minutes). The cut itself was done very professionally - with the barber repeatedly making sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it ( I went with short sides and longer top, slight skin fade at the very bottom - all of which was executed with absolute perfection).
Great service and I will gladly return and can safely recommend "The Cutfather" Nottingham to everyone (especially if you ask for "K").

These guys really took their time to provide an authentic experience which I had never we had before.
I had my hair cut, beard trim, wet shave (with hot towels and ointments), nose waxed and ears done. Also came with with a hair wash with a tea and Turkish delight (real deal).
My son had a hair cut, wash and refreshments..
My son loved this place too.
The full experience took about an hour (incl refreshments) and was £30.
The nose wax and ears sorted was offered as a new customer.

Took care to find out what i wanted and kept asking throughout - they were very attentive.
A full head shave and beard trim/shape was £22 and that is very reasonable, considering they all include ear hair burning and nose hair waxing in the price (only if you want it of course).
Brilliant - good conversation too.

I have been a customer of the owners previous shop in Grantham for almost 3 years now… I travelled from Nottingham to Grantham (pretty much on a weekly basis) to get my haircut by the best in the business! Needless to say, I’m overjoyed they have opened up a Traditional Turkish Barbers in Nottingham… To put this into prospective, my previous hairdresser was the lead hairstylist on a very well-known singing talent show, so for me to recommend The Cutfather speaks for itself…
Just based on my experience of The Cutfather:
The Shop - Modern, fresh and relaxing design with a welcoming atmosphere, complimentary tea or traditional Turkish coffee offered on arrival.
The Staff – Welcoming, friendly, excellent at communicating – making sure you get the perfect haircut, energetic and highly-skilled – perfect balance.
The Prices – Haircut followed by wash and shampoo priced at £12. Add a traditional Turkish shave to the haircut and the total bill is only £20. As far as I know these are some of the best prices around…
The Haircut – I went for a new style which was executed with perfection, my haircut was exactly what I had asked and had hoped for. Razor used on the edges, ears and eyebrows all sorted too!
The Traditional Turkish Shave – When they say traditional they really mean traditional! Start-off with a scented (menthol) hot towel, followed by a clean and close shave the traditional way – cutthroat razor, another fresh hot towel, and followed by mini face massage and creams applied too, only if you want the massage or creams though.
The Experience – I could write forever but I’ll try and keep it brief. The experience is absolutely amazing, best I have experienced anywhere I have ever gone to get my haircut, this place is really special from first walking through the door to leaving felling like a new man!
I'll be back time after time.

The haircut came with a wash and shampoo and a proper razor of the edges, eyebrows and ears dealt with at £12. They offer traditional Turkish barbershop treatments like a wet shave etc. The shop is brand new and the whole look and feel is welcoming and professional. After using the same hairdresser for years I am changing for sure.

They also stick to bookings if you done one in advance, so once you're there, you don't have to wait. The place is new and clean and the atmosphere is freindy. It is strategically located in the city centre next to multiple buss stops so got easy access. The prices are a bit high according to my husband, who was using different barbers in the past, but definitely worth it. The secret is in the attention to details, he says and highly recommends this business.

However, Edi has cut my hair twice now and he’s been an absolute delight, takes so much time making sure It’s perfect and he is probably better than my original barber. Edi is the man! All his staff are friendly and sometimes there is a language barrier but they try to engage no matter what! I have never left with a bad haircut (bald heads need cutting too) or a beard trim!
All the staff work hard and deliver excellent quality! My children come and wait and they make time and effort to make them smile, my only issue is when they give the kids a sweet i dont get one.

The shop is immaculate and very modern. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and offered a Turkish coffee which I wish I would have tried!
I only wanted a beard trim and shape but ended up having my head shaved with a cut throat razer😬
I was served by Jas and she is fantastic at what she does and I felt very pampered with all that she did which included having my head washed and blow dried lol!
I even received a complementary nose wax which made my eyes water!
I will definitely be returning as my beard has never looked so good!
The only negative is that it is cash only but it wouldn't put me off in the slightest!

I've been using Kadir and his shop ZAZA in Grantham every week for 5 years, he has since opened a successful 2nd shop in Grantham.. does that sound like a bad reputation to you.. he's opened his 3rd shop now when other shops are closing daily.. Kadir and his teams are time served and very well trained and mannered barber's.. I now travel 24 miles to get "The Works" from the Cut Father and will continue to do so..
