V. R.Chloe understands hair, I mean really understands hair. Her colouring skills are amazing - she has extensive knowledge of the science behind hair colouring, which leads to amazing results. She can transform hair with her cutting skills and quite literally works wonders. I really cannot recommend Chloe highly enough!
