Brilliant salon. They do everything safely and properly. My hair looked beautiful afterwards and they were also brilliant with my 3 year old daughter who walked out after 3 hours waiting for me and said "Mummy, I love the hairdressers"!

First went to Katie on the 27th April to have a trim and blow dry, I am new to Plymouth and had been with my previous hairdresser for over 30 years so this was a big change! Extremely pleased so I booked in for a few days later for another blow dry. Have just had another appointment to have 3 inches cut off, thats how much I trust Katie in a small amount of time. Very friendly and welcoming salon, all the girls are lovely. Definitely recommend both Katie and the salon.

I visited for the first time and couldn't believe my luck in finding this salon after moving from the other end of the country. They are very well organised and the salon is clean and inviting. Its easy to park too. Kayla discussed my requirements in detail when I went for the skin test and was prepared when I arrived for my appointment. The colour worked out well and the restyle exactly as I wanted. I look forward to trying the beauty treatments too!!

On 12th April, I was fortunate enough to be the first customer through the door post-lockdown. Charmaine (whose been cutting my hair for 11 years) dutifully attended to the mess that was my 6 month old main. It took a little longer than normal - due to the longer than normal locks . Within just 20 minutes, Charmaine had restored my hair to its pre-lockdown glory - it felt wonderful not have hair in my ears. I cannot commend the customer service, warmth, good humour, and of course ability of staff highly enough! Would recommend!

Lovely salon, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Never been disappointed with my cut or colour and Charmaine always has great ideas to suit me. The salon has a secret shop that sells locally made goods, great to buy an unusual gift. On my last visit Charmaine and Kayla rushed to the aid of a young man who had an accident outside the salon proving that they are not just great hairdresser's but caring people as well!

Had my hair done at this lovely salon a year ago now before the lockdown. First time in a long time I’ve been to a salon, and it was quite possibly the best 3 hours I had had in a long time! I felt so welcomed and comfortable, and Kayla listened to what I wanted, and when we came to a decision and the results were amazing! I cannot that the girls enough, and for all their amazing hard work, and dedication. All throughout lockdown we were all kept up to date via the fb pages and insta to see how everybody was doing. Charmaine and Kayla have 50 years of experience in the hair ‘world’ and actually listen to the customer’s requests. This truly a salon with a difference. A year ago , having become increasingly disappointed with the condition and look of my hair. I visited Cox & Co. Charmaine and her team are a friendly, nothing is too much trouble sort of people. The Salon has a lovely atmosphere and is a very pleasant place to go to have your hair done. I am delighted with the way my hair looks. the condition of my hair is now fabulous. Extra little touches are the Seasonal themeing and plus an opportunity to purchase small treats and spoil yourself just a little from her gift range.
